Briana, I submitted something to EC on Monday the 6th. (Subject line: Submission: The Medallion) The last time I submitted to your company, I got an email confirming that you'd received my chapters and synopsis, but this time I haven't gotten anything.

I'm wondering if your procedures have changed or your email is wonky. I had heard rumors to the latter. Thanks so much for being available for questions.

Our auto-responder hasn't been working 100% of the time so don't despair. You've got a very clear subject line and our email system is working pretty well now, so chances are that it has arrived without incident.
