Gideon kind of lost me in his need for control. In limo he tell Eva he wants to do it again so obviously it wasn't too bad. Then he tells Eva that she can top him again issue wants to. So what's his problem? He wants control but doesn't mind when Eva is in control. Why foes he say that's the problem when he give Eva the ring?

I'll be honest and say I'm not as excited about more books anymore. In fact I think I'll wait till they are all out before I read them. Reflected in you gave me whiplash and I thought light was coming at end of tunnel. Gideon becoming a murderer is just too dark.

I honestly thought he didn't know murder was going to happen then found out who did it and kept quiet. I feel equally disturbed that he planned or did it himself. I don't care how much he loves Eva.
