The last amusement park i attended was Holiday World during the summer of 2006 with a company picnic. Holiday World used to be called Santa Claus Land and was the 1st themed amusement park in the US. I was very upset when they changed the name to Holiday World and started changing everything but the upside is that a new ride has been added every year for the past ?10? years.

The last time i went to an amusement part was in Jan 2008 on my honeymoon.

LoL, it was completely by chance.. our travel agent had booked us an extra night in the First World Hotel (the asia's largest hotel in the world) in Genting, Malaysia. When we got there v saw that it had a casino and a huge theme park: indoor & a theme park hotel with outdoor rides too. Genting is at the height of 1700m above sea level. It was a great fun and very cool stay (though i won't recommend tht hotel for staying the night) but unfortunately v were too tired to enjoy all the fun stuff and next day had to go bak at noon.

The best part for me was the cable car, Genging Skyway, going over a 100million year old forest. :o

We hope to make it back again next year to fully enjoy it.. :D

I have not been to an amusement park since Sept 8-12, 1993, when my family (husband, self and twin daughters) celebrated the girls' ninth birthday at Disney World in Orlando, FL. We have gone to concerts, Renaissance Faires, and Dragon-Con in Atlanta instead.

The last amusement park that I attended was around 12 years ago. The park is no longer operational and the grounds containing the park hosted their last fair this year. The park was called Libertyland and it was hosting the Mid South Fair in Memphis. Small park; but it was fun while it lasted until it became run down. My husband and I enjoyed the trip.

Disney World in Sept. '07...it was an all inclusive deal & it was AWESOME!! No driving, no cooking, walked as much as we wanted too, then shuttled back to the resort for sunning & "tasty beverages", then rested for a bit, then enjoyed the night life! I highly recommend it to all couples! :D

I live in Louisville, Ky. We have a Six Flags here (Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom) that my children get a season pass for each year. The last time I was there was in August of this year during the Kentucky State Fair. I didn't ride anything then, it's probably been 2 or 3 years since I was on a roller coaster but I love them!

Thanks!

The last time my husband and I went to an amusement park was in 2002 when we went to Walt Disney World. This was my first visit and since it was pre-kids I wanted to see it ALL in 4 days. My husband dubbed me the "Disney ". Each evening I plotted our course through the parks and rides with back-up plans in the event of long lines. I won't tell you what our four day walking mileage was (I had a pedometer) but we did end our trip with blisters on our blisters and many good memories and pictures of our whirlwind trip. ;-)

I took my daughter and grandson to Disney World, Orlando and Sea World, Orlando in November, 2007. We had a good time, but discovered that "mommy" couldn't keep up with her 9 year old son and "grandma". Next time Grammy and Gramp will take the grandson, have a great time, and not worry about "mommy" holding us back.
