Just finished the second book. The only thing I feel wasn't fully explained was how Eva found Gideon's office after she saw Corrine on the street. The couch was moved, pillow on the floor and there was lipstick on his shirt. How was this explained? I get he was trying to distance himself from Eva but he also kept telling her to trust him. Why the lipstick? Is this explained in the 3rd book? If so, don't tell me.
