Hi Ladies,

Have you ladies ever read a book (or series of books) and found the storyline so compelling that any other book which might have a similar format doesn't quite measure up?  Basically I am asking; once you ladies read a great book(s), do you ever find yourselves comparing said book to the one(s) you absolutely love?  What does everyone think?

Yes I have. I read FSOG first and thought to myself, this is good (not great because of the inner goddess repeats) but when I went looking for new books to read, I found Sylvia Day and have been comparing her books to any of the new authors I have found. I are currently following about 8 authors that I prefer to read. Sylvia Day is my top choice. Nothing so far can top the Crossfire Series.

 

Of course that is just my personal opinion. I think everyone has their own style of reading whether it be the same type of reading or multiple choice like historical, paranormal, fantasy etc.

Yum.. I love it in the morning when I get to work and get a chance to read the forums and see pictures like this.

 

I don't post much, I'm more of a reader. Everyone on this forum has great insight to the books and I enjoy reading others thoughts.

I am new to the forums and have a question. I have read both books. I recently started listening to the audio version of Bared To You .

I thought all along that "Eva" was pronounced with an "e".. But in the audio edition it is pronounced "Ava" with an "a".

I guess I had that wrong, did everyone else already know that. I feel kinda stupid.. Does it even matter?

I have really enjoyed reading everyone comments and thoughts and am looking forward to the new book in June .
