My favorite holiday dish is a fruit salad that we make. I remember making it at my grandmother's house in the early 1960's and we have it every holiday. It is just a simple mix of apples, bananas, pineapples and mayonnaise but it tastes so good. Now all my children make it at their homes also.

The last amusement park I went to was Disneyland in California. I took my youngest daughter (21) there in July 2006. It was the last time she danced with her park district dance troop from Illinois as she was moving to Nevada to finish college. We spent 4 days there and had a wonderful time. I would like to go back someday.

I drink coffee all morning. Then I switch to Frappucino's in the afternoon. I used to drink coffee all day and night but I stop in the evening. I do love coffee.
