I wouldn't doubt that Christopher Jr is circling around Corrine and once she gets the boot, he will swoop in and seduce her like he did with Magadelene over her heartbreak for Gideon. What's funny is that when Eva went to visit Corrine at her apartment and Corrine looked freshly f****, I thought for sure she and creepy Christopher had indeed hooked up lol

I think she wanted to crawl under her chair or have the floor swallow her up!! lolÂ

Eva was his world. I think he would give up everything and not want to live if he ever lost her. He couldn't survive without her.

i agree. right from the beginning, it was obvious how different Eva is from Monica and that's what made me like Eva so much more. Â

@ Julie & Gigi, I'm glad I'm not the only one who reads like a turtle. I won't be done until reading until probably the 8th and I'll have to force myself from going online for the spoilers! Even though I got the Nook Color so that my bookshelf will thank me for not bombarding it with more books lol, I still find myself also buying the actual book itself because I miss holding an actual book in my hand. Â

It all comes down to friendship and ~ Gideon's going to keep Magdalene as his friend because she changed her attitude and started being nicer to Eva. Corrine is definitely getting the boot big time because of her cruel ways she hurt Eva & she didn't seem to care about how Gideon was feeling. Eva threw that in Corrine's face that she should be a better friend to him and see that he's in pain. Â

Hi Gigi, I am in total agreement with you. I think Cary is worrying about his financial and his well-being now that Gideon's in the picture. In fact he jokingly brings it up to Eva when she mentions the Vegas trip in RIY - " is this where you're going to tell me you're moving in with Cross". I want Cary to be happy and be financially independent of of Eva because he can't expect him & Eva to be roommates forever or rely on someone else to help support him financially. I have a weird feeling once Eva moves in with Gideon, he will get financial support through Monica & Stanton that is if he's not seriously involved with Trey or Tatiana to the point of moving in together and/or he's not where he is successfully in his modeling career after nathan almost killed him. what do you think? what does everyone else think?

yes that's what Syvia had said ~ BIY was supposed to be Eva's story and RIY was supposed to be Gideon's but now EWY will be his story and I'm guessing book 4& 5 will be their story together dealing with his past.

I don't either. maybe engaged in book 4 and married in book 5. I didn't think about Cali to see Victor in case he doesn't move up to NYC which I'm hoping he does move closer. I'm curious how the luggage tags come into play. Good question. they probably won't need luggage tags if his crew were handling the luggage. Maybe the luggage tags are a gift from Eva to Gideon???
