yes, I was one of the ones that said that Gideon would have noticed the name on the prescription bottle....nothing gets by that man. Also how could he had texted anyone while "flex cuffed" unless he was cuffed in the front. He got released really quick and then headed to that "wine date" with Deanna...leaving our poor Eva alone with her insecure thoughts again.  can't wait for Monday for Sylvia's Crossfire news....hope you girls posts what is said, I am not on FB.  Laters

how can she think they were "friends"? She really hasn't laid eyes or talked to Brett since she walked out of the bar 4 years ago. I personally don't like the way Eva is handling the Brett situation. She would be furious if Gideon had thoughts for Corrine as sexual as she has had for Brett. I know their "date" was for appearances, but she went too far in bringing him back to her apartment.  also if we are nickpicking.....If Gideon got the apartment next door to be near Eva if Nathan showed up, why bother....Nathan was dead by Thursday night and he was moving in that Tuesday/Wednesday evening.  Still love the series, can't wait for the book, a snippett or even a snapshot!!

as for how Deanna is handling the "brush off" from Gideon.....what did she expect from a guy when she goes to bed with him after just meeting him? Consenting adults need to admit to themselves that they may have made a mistake and no one told Deanna that she had to have sex with him. Eva said it right when she said that Deanna is giving "casual sex" for the modern woman a bad name. Like in the movie Hitch when the girl went to bed with the jerk that she met while he was picking out lingerie.....she didn't have to go to bed with a man that she just met....so stupid. what do people expect?  ok....off my podium now.  I would like to find out more about the wedding too....especially how he gave her the ring....I think Gideon got the ring by buying it after it had to be sold to pay back investors from his father's ponzi scheme. just guessing here....maybe Lizzy had to give up a lot .....don't really know my two cents worth. but I know that Gideon wouldn't have taken it from her without permission.

I had also just finished reading FSOG, I thought it was a good love story (if you overlooked all the hitting). then in Entertainment Weekly magazine they had a side by side comparison between FSOG and BTY and RIY..  This sparked my imagination and BAM I was hooked. I enjoyed them much more because there was no hitting involved.  My choice for CG is Chris Pine or Chris Hemsworth.....they both have they eyes and the build!! For GC....if he had the eyes Joe Mangelllio (spelling) would be perfect!!  I also enjoyed the Twilight series....it was a sweet love story

The tail that Gideon mentioned in Bared To You, I believe was his security detail. He took off so suddenly that they didn't keep up with him. Don't think Anne Lucas is Corinne's Dr. Gideon would have seen the name on the prescription bottle (even if she used her maiden name) Remember Gideon is thorough in knowing things about people.  Any news about snippets showing up for Captivated By You yet? Not on FB, so I am relying on you guys to let me know when they appear!!  I love this forum...verying interesting reading.

in regards to Eva and Gideon cheating. In the prenup, it states specifically to Gideon, if he cheats it will cost him considerably. but it didn't say what would happen if Eva cheated. Don't want either of them to be in a positon to cheat.  as for Brett, he is bad news. I just hope he keeps his distance and doesn't force himself on Eva. Hopefully she wil use her Krav Maga. Had had to know about the video from Sam Remember he was saying bad things about Eva (bragging) after the romp in the car.  Love the title for book 4.

what does IMO stand for? I have seen used numerous times and can't figure out what it means. How did Eva going into the ocean get Gideon to open up? She was upset thinking that he was breaking up with her and before he could pop the question (after dinner) she ran off. Of course, he ran after her. yeah!! Loved this book very much and can't wait for the next two. Hopefully our faithful forum will post what the next title with be, i am not on FB.

in response to Eva having a wedding band with the diamond engagement, I don't think so. On page 310  reaching into my purse, I unzipped the small pocket and drew out the rings inside it, slipping mine on. The other ring I believe is the one she bought for Gideon. page 312. I have something for you and that is when she placed the wedding band on his hand.....then hot sex!!!  I don't think any pictures were taken at the private ceremony. no mention of a photographer, but I could be wrong. I believe he is referring to the future wedding. I like the response Eva gave her Mom about having the wedding in June...ask Gideon if he will wait until June.....

 as I have stated before....don't think Anne Lucas had anything to do with Elizabeth Vidal's treatment. Gideon would have remembered even if he was only 10/11.. we don't know when or how the abuse stopped. Maybe they sent him off to boarding school and that is when Angus started taking him from and to school. maybe book 4 will give us some more answers.  haven't read anything that would connect Anne to Corine and her pills. like it was said before Gideon would have seen the name on the pill bottle., and possibly Corrine would have said the name of the Dr. when she said she hadn't told her Dr how the pills were affecting her.

If and when the book #4 is ready for release, where will Sylvia post this news and what the title will be? I am not on Facebook....will she sending it out in a news letter or on this forum?  waiting in anticipation!!!

I saw Man of Steel over the weekend. It was nice seeing Henry C. as Superman....he had an amazing body. Too bad he kept wearing that suit....looked better after he saved those men on the oil rig. Overall I thought the movie was too violent.....to much hitting (too intense)  Was thrilled to see Joe M on True Blood naked!! Still think he can pull off being Gideon (except for the eyes)....they could cover the gray (some think he might be too old....but he does have a smoking body!!)  I still don't see Anne Lucas being a therapist to Elizaabeth.....cause I can't see Gideon "doing" her....he had to recognize her from coming to the house to treat his mother (if she was the therapist...don't think she was)but Hugh was the doctoral candidate and maybe Anne is in the dark about everything. Terry Lucas keeps good secrets.

that's right, I forgot about Christopher at the first dinner dancing with Eva..... and I also (must have been really late for me to forget so much) forgot about Elizabeth confronting Eva about her ring (Eva's ring now!!)  I didn't realize that was a direct line. thought that Megumi took all calls like a phone operator/receptionist. Â

Ladies, several thoughts came to mind last night.  Why don't the Vidals go to these charity dinners. Gideon and Eva have been to 3 in 3 months. The Advocacy Dinner (their first date) Gideon gave a speech. That should have been in the news. Son, why do you talk about child abuse? questions questions maybe they don't care  also, Gideon called Eva (page 44) at her office. we don't know if she has a direct line (don't think so) so if Megumi transferred the call to Eva, surprised she didn't ask who that was; unless Scott made the call or Angus. so even if Gideon used the burner phone, the call still came to her office phone.  in the pre-nup it stated that it would cost Gideon considerably if he cheated. so what if Eva cheated? what would happen....we don't want our lovebirds to cheat in the first place, but just thinking out loud.  can't wait for the new snippets and of course book 4 (wish we had a title)
