That's the problem I had but I downloaded the book app to my phone and I can read it there.  I sent them a nastygram and they told me they were busy today.  Well they should have planned better.  I know there are at least 4 books scheduled for release today and this one is a best seller.  I happy I found a hard copy or I would be climbing the walls by now.

ME too, I found a hard copy near my sister on Long Island at Wal Mart over the weekend...I have never been to a wal Mart...what a store!!!!   But yes and its funny I only read nook books anymore,,,to have a real book and turn pages feels strange...and I had to read with the lights on where I usually read my nook with the lights all out...thanks goodness,,,the nook delay would have driven me nuts,,,anything else good released today you recommend??

I see from facebook that the nook people are having problems like me,,,someone said to archive and unarchive but that didnt work for me

my nook still says pre order but I found a book at walmart over the weekend so Im not freaking,,,I keep refreshing it but it doesnt come to download...

 

if I really can't get it I'll have to trek to Barnes and noble for help...what a pain,,,this was the first book Ive ever pre ordered and I don't think I'll try it again

I also think that the afterburn publishers (harlequin) are different from the "Whatever (fill in your favorite verb here) with you" publishers (still penguin I assume),,,so maybe they don't mind a short interval release to compete?

I'm afraid to think with aftershock/ afterburn this summer and fall #4 won't be till 2014, I'm sure

I assume midtown,,on 6th ave ther are quite a few tall modern metal faced looking skyscrapers, which is where my office is 2 days a week (51st and 6th right near Radio city) but I walk back and forth from homeevery day and do scan the streets constantly,,,have my earphones in and looking at the men

As for seeing Gideon in midtown, I can unfortunately claim not...actually there are quite a few nice looking men that roam the streets dressed in nice suits (i must say I do lightly check out presence of wedding bands as a curiosity, which many of them have),,,but I have never had a Gideon moment the way Sylvia claims to have...

and Ive been roaming the streets for quite some time...

Christina Lauren is the author: they are actually 2 women: Christina and Lauren...I had heard that it was fan fic but I don't really know how to do that but I got it at BN on my nook,  read BB first then BS, short cute not amazing but entertaining...I must say I enjoyed them more than most of these FSOG clone series that are coming out fast and furious...

The Marriott is great indeed!!! I have been there and it really made my holyday something to remember. Unfortunately I didn't know Sylvia and her wonderful works at the time and was blissfully oblivious of what I should have been really looking for...

 

As I posted earlier I work in midtown, have been down here for 15 years,,,have never seen a Gideon get into a town car,,,sigh, lucky for us that Sylvia  did
