I miss Gideon and Eva!!!! Sylvia help us, I need something to take my mind off of my son leaving for Afganastan even though it would be just for a little bit..

Glh I thought that to of Gideon and deanna at first ,but why would she lie to Eva she wanted to get back at Eva for what ever reason so I can't see her lying .Telling her the truth would only hurt her like she wanted to( in my own opinion)..I can't see any secret between them (so far) that would make sense anyway..And also I don't think they had actual sex I thought it was toys he was using with her??

Hi Nathalia, I have always felt there was more to Gideon and Deana. The only thing that makes me think im wrong is Deanna told Eva the same thing Gideon told Eva so if there was more to the story I'm sure Deanna would of told Eva.. What do u think?'

Gaia, that's proubly what she means by "my love was being tested in ways I wasn't sure I was srong enough to bear"..its all coming back to him and he's closing off and has conflicted feelings withCoreinne..that's why she feels he is slipping from her ..But didn't Sylvia say Eva is in a good place now and is strong enogh to help Gideon now (not exact words) the love they have will over come in the end right. .. HEA!!!!

Just thinking, what about when Gideon says to Eva a few times "ill always find you angel.".does anyone think she will be kidnapped or hurt thats why that statement was made.

Glh, I also think there's more to Deanna then that one nigjt..I've always had that feeling..I also said that's why the wedding was rushed he needs that security when this all comes crashing down and it looks like it does she says her love is being tested to limits she don't no I'd she co uld bear not excat words..

Sharonm745, this was just my opinion on what I have read so far, it was a therory of my own.. it was not based on any clinic data or study suggesting that because he was abused he had to be an abuser.. After all at the end of the day its a fictional story and anything could happen right?? I would not want my Cross (LOL) being an abuser either but we never know were this story is going, so many twists and turns. Well iust have to wait for book 4. Enjoy your day..

Avid-Reader I had said the same exact thing a while back its the only t hing that explains why Chris Jr would hate him so and Giedon dosent remember I think Lizzy knows something and is keeping it a secret ..A lot of people disagreed with me so I'm glad u brought it up..its the only thing I could see Eva saying its something she don't think she could handle and is testing her ( not extact words) That would be something I could not deal with.. And as for her saying she feels he's slipping away he proubly can't deal with it so he shuts down..that's why she she says at the end that there future seems dim now.

Vikki-Sixx, I also agree about the tape coming out but I don't think it will be a big deal Gideon will do damage control.. I also was thinking the same thing about one of his nightmares spiraling out of control and he attacks Eva that would really destroy him and her..As for brett she does have chemistry with him and she needs to deal with that I don't think she would cheat on him.I think there is something that Gideon has not told Eva and we have not heard (directly yet)that is going to be a shocker that's why she says its something she may not be able to deal with along those lines..

I was just thinking, I wonder if Gideon wanted this marriage fast because he new he has a very dark past darker then we know and this would tie eva ro him when he sorts out his past..remember he said to her "I need this Eva " he knows whats coming

Sscrp ,while I was reading that last paragraph I couldn't help thinking what is happening that she's being given a choice to leave or try and fight.. The only thing that makes me think everything is going to be ok is she says it SEEMED to be an impossible furture .. but I can't stop thinking was she given a choice by Gideon or maybe threatened by someone. I cantt see Gideon ever giving her up..

I agree "and lured bitter enemies out of the shadows" and the choice she's saying they have to face "the familiar saftey of the lives we had before each other or the fight for a future that suddenly seamed an impossible and hopless dream" its got to be bad for her even to make that statement with the live they have..its a bumpy road ladies hold on. I can't wait for book for now...
