Hi Ladies,

I was watching a TV program and it was reported that Matt Bomer is now the front runner for the role of Christian Grey.  I hope he gets the role.  He seems to have very good acting skills and may have more of the aesthetic look for CG role. 

 

Hope so, too. To me CG has always been Matt Bomer, When reading FSOG I saw some episodes of White Collar and thoght, take the hat ouf and here he is! Just change the hair style to the one he wore during a Glee episode (also with the leather jacket).

 

I have to admit that HC was not my option to the role of GC when I started to join you here. My thoughts were more of some indefined sort of Gabriel Aubry, but younger and dark haired. After seing your pics and finding mine, I have to say that now I'm on your same page (is it Page 6?)

I like the new theory of Megumi betraying her, but was it so bad that she would have to hide for a few days? The only thing she'd feel super bad for is spilling about the wedding and there is no way she'd know about that.

Do you see Gideon having a Facebook account? If so, do you expect to find CV between his friends? or even photos of them together? I think that to find something where they're both related (internet world) you have to go directly to Vidal Records' web, and not sure you'll find G showing there.

I do think there is a problem w Megumi, maybe if she was abused (which I think we all suspect it) Eva will help her recover and pull her into what foundation she sets up with her hush money.

I was searching this thread to find something to read while waiting for CBY (what can be seen two pages before this one), and i've seen the post says:

As you are the  one holding the list, I'd thought it would be ok to tell you that it's incompleted and not following the reading order.

These series by Christina Lauren are 3 books and 3 novellas, and the reading order as follows:

• Beautiful Stranger (Book)
• Beautiful Bombshell (Novella)
• Beautiful Player (Book) TBR 29th October

From all the information we have in the 3 books so far, no one in Vidal family knows of Nathan or Eva's past.  So whoever has the bracelet is tied to Eva/Gideon/Monica/Stanton and did it to protect Gideon & Eva's future.  

 

I mostly agree with you. To me, this issue is on Clancy and his brother, as he does´t consider Eva just a job. Eva was being tracked, so he knew she was at Dr. Petersen's and on the while maybe he was on survelliance mode over Nathan, saw Gideon, later checked and took the bracelet & photos to his brother (or something similar).

 

I was just having fun with Betty's twist, and as it includes Chris Vidal, from Vidal Records, it reminded me The Beatles old song "Twist and Shout" and so I named her twist... as a song related to a records label.

Reflected in you October 23 2013 , entwined with you 4 June 2013 I can,t Waite anymore for these book to come out I have got audio,paperback,and Ebook in every book I have reread theses books and listened to it over 10times now read karin tabke books very good .

 

Thought I was totally crazy, but seeing I'm not the only one!!!

 

First I read the books in Spanish when a friend of mine forgave her kindle at my home, and, as she was going to be out for a fortnight, she allowed me to read them (that was June this year)

 

As some paragraphs hadn't sense, I got my own ebooks this July-August in English, to see what was I missing and to read not formal English (and also to realise how poor the translation into Spanish is). I've read them 5 times at least, while waiting for CBY.

 

My husband, seing me reading the books once and again, wanted to read them too (yep, that's true!), so we decided to buy paperbacks in Catalan as we're both bilingual Catalan-Spanish and he doesn't like ebooks. Of course, I read them again.... let's say just to check the translation into Catalan (@Sylvia: it's even worse than the one into Spanish, sugarcoated, for not saying half censored, not writing examples 'cause this is a forum, but sure it would not be a bad thing to contact your publishers here and tell them to improve both translations from now on, you're losing sales!)

 

And I don't have the audios (which I'd like very much) 'cause my economy is yelling "stop buying erotic romance... now!!!" Waiting for CBY, I've also read the Fifty Shades and the Avalon trilogies, Gabriel's, the Beautiful series, Blood and Roses (where Gideon is named!) and Afterburn.

 

Before Crossfire Series I haven't read a romance book before (erotic or not), nor even when I was a teen, being as I am an avid reader since the age of 6. Never before!...and now, look at me, I'm one of the craziest!  I have Gideon and Eva' story in three diferent languages and two formats, and I'm not interested at present in any other kind of books... and Ms. Day is totally guilty for that!!! She's ruined me for other kind of books (at least, for now) and I'm madly waiting for CBY and Aftershock.... dear lady, that's not fair!  ;-)

Don't know if it's about the publisher's profits or not, but if the dates tbidwell is giving are correct, we have to expect CBY around Christmas and book 5 by june, a new book every half a year (if all works properly).  Another thing is what we would like, not waiting a minute between books.

Do you think Book 4 and 5 will be released together like 1 and 2?

I know these are old news, but as i'm new to the forum i'd like to comment them (hope you don't mind)...

 

• 10th floor remodelation is for Eva, but not to her foundation. She even has not the thought of it when she goes there with Gideon. I think it is for a new company in the universe of Cross Industries: Cross & Garrity Advertising.  (A Cross invest, where Garrity is a senior -is a junior at present- mentoring Eva for a while, who became first junior and partner later as a senior too). And why not, this is Eva's 2nd wedding gift from Gideon: Working by herserf with her coworkers, as she prefers, but also to a Cross company as Gideon would like to.

• I'm also on Clancy on the bracelet subjetc. All the things spoken between Eva and him takes us there. The payback Gideon is expecting to be requested is not going to happen, but Gid will pay Clancy's and his brother help by hiring Clancy's brother as safety/driver when he'll left FBI, once Angus will retire.

• Impatient to see how Gideon confronts his mother,especially regarding Eva.

• And pleaseee... I want Arnoldo and Shwana together!!! (maybe meeting and starting their history at the wedding, then she single again because her boyfriend is not coming back from Sicily and left her?)

Who is she connected with? Rich people!

They would at a lot of money to get her back if she was kidnapped! No tracking devices remember!

 

But if Michael's grandparents have a house at the Hamptons, their supposed to be also rich. Which is the sense then? The only one is that Michael is not related at all with Megumi's "illness", and i really can't see it.
