Honestly I have mixed feeling about..!! I like it but............... I can only imagine the next 2 books OMG,.!!!

The crazy part about all this is she's not even a crossfire fan, but she knows I am. Another one of her friends took her to that convention thingy and she knew I would want that book..! She basically only read it because she wanted to see what all my fuss was about..! She's a bird brain because she didn't read BTY OR RIY so it was pointless to read this, but I must say at least she thought of me because I wanted this book back in December..! Lol so I'm going home to cook dinner for my kiddos and I know I'll be sneaking looking in the book while I'm cooking, but once I'm done and everyone is in the bed I'm going to grab my shower and my Heineken and start my journey..!!

For some reason I want to read from the end to the beginning..!! Idk

LOL. I get that being in the know part. I wouldn't read this today if I had a hardcopy because I read with a buddy and she's in the UK so she wouldn't have a copy. I love reading a book, but pulling it apart afterwards with her, or on a site like this adds to my pleasure. On Tuesday there will be a spoiler thread set up on www.Maryse.net if you want to come there and chat I'm sure the ladies would welcome you with open arms.  As far as the release, I agree once it was out there it should have been out there for everyone.

I won't be a trader and go to another site,I'd rather share with you ladies.!! Lol :)

She took a TON of flack for the sporadic RIY release. They aren't even releasing the book on Netgalley or Edelweiss so I am surprised they are giving them out.

I think as soon as it was leaked it should have been released to everyone..! I'm assuming the ppl that it was handed to were told not to share (maybe) idk all I know is I'm reading that d#mn book tonight..!! And I wish I could share with all of you..! It's going to suck being in the know.!! :(

Yes.. She read it and what she's saying it was NOTHING anybody is guessing.! But I'll know more tonight..! Lucky I don't work tomorrow because I plan on reading it twice..!!

LOL. The Book Expo at the Javis center? I'm glad your friend got a copy, but it annoys me that everyone and their mother seem to be getting copies, when we were all supposed to get it at the same time. I guess in theory it was a good idea, but obviously it's been an epic fail.

I think the retailers releasing the book early was where it went wrong but as far as that convention, that I know of SD herself was there so it seems fitting it would have been in the goodie bag.! Whoever won that lunch date with SD is getting a copy of it also and think that's today or tomorrow, she probably had the right to give the book out at certain events but the ones closer to the release date.!

Lucky you!!! Two weeks ago I would've been pea green with envy but June 4th is around the corner so at this point I could care less about the wait lol so I truly hope you enjoy it!

I could wait till Tuesday but I can't lol..! I never go to get house cause I HATE driving to that side it's like 25 minutes each way..! Oh but I'm leaving work and going straight to her house TONIGHT..!!

Sorry ladies, Sherri my friend went to that fair in NY yesterday or the day before not sure which day but she has EWY it was in the gift bag, so I'm reading it TONIGHT..! But I will sit on my hands till June 7th..!

Works for me -- let's start, though with Chapter 2. We've seen all of Chapter 1.

 

We could discuss a chapter a day, just like we re-read a chapter a day.

 

I won't be writing chapter summaries, though, like I had daily during the re-read project. that'd be handing out every single spoiler, too tempting.

Let's start June 7th at 9am ( same time as the snapshots were posted). We can do 1 chapter a day along with the snapshot, that way we all are on the same page and everyone can keep up with the discussion.!

I pre-ordered on my Nook through Barnes & Noble.  Does anyone know if the download will be available at midnight or... ?

I have mine order through nook and audible and the few pre-orders I had was available at midnight..! I'm hoping this one will be the same.!!

Wouldn't it just be easy to start a thread just for spoilers and spoilers can only be posted in that thread?  If you don't want to know what's happening in the book, don't read that thread.

I think we are trying to avoid spoiling it, so that's why we want to start the thread June 7 so everyone will have a chance to read it..! Now come June 7th and you still haven't read it then........ Sucks to be you.. Honestly holding our thoughts till June 7th is going to be hard but we want to be fair so I think we can handle it..!!!
