    One thing that struck me, when he makes love, he has to be on top or in control ie topping from the bottom. He lost control when he was raped, But as much as he enjoys Eva being in control, he is not comfortable with the situation. He seems inexperienced in my mind.

    Gideon manipulated the whole Kingsman vodka meeting to get close to Eva. Cary picked up on this later.

    Evening Gigi Gideon was probably surrounded by yes people. No one daring to stand up to him and his powerful empire. Must have gotten boring not being challenged till our girl came along. Let the sparks fly!!

    Just supposed if things had gone farther, Gideon would have broken a rule. Because he always had sex at the hotel.

    Getting back to chapter three. Gideon became to realise that Eva wasn't going to be an easy lay like the rest of the women he had sex with. Although he is a dominant man, Eva was challenging. Did he find this a turn on?

    This is going to be an intense two weeks in this relationship. If this had happened in a normal relationship, I think one or the other would have said on your bike by now. Lol

    As long as Gideon starts talking to Eva, she will know there's a future for them. Couldn't see Victor being thrilled if Eva hooked up with Brett again. I'm hoping Victor saves his future son-in-law from prison, if Gideons plans go further pear shaped.

    I think that Eva and Gideon are tight, but I think Brett is going to try and lure her away from Gideon. After all, he had been holding a torch, hoping she would turn up at one of his concerts.

    I'm sure that Gideon is still having Eva tailed for safety sake. The police are going to be a thorn now! Then coming up will be Brett!

    Our Eva is a feisty little minx, who doesn't take any s**t. Openness all the way, which Gideon has to learn. He's a bit slow, but he'll get there, for them to survive.

    ShazScott There was a comment from Eva at the Vidal garden party, when Gideon was talking to his mother. ""Then I wondered if maybe she'd loved him too much....... Revulsion made my spine stiffen" Something is niggling at me about his mum. Then there was the comment about Cary, when Gideon says to his mother "I thought you might like him" page 242.

    When did Gideon know that Eva was at his apartment? I don't think his security team told him before he got in the lift. Because it states as he got out of the lift, he stopped abruptly, surprised to see Eva? If he had known in advance she was there, he wouldn't have been surprised. I reckon she was back in apartment, before you could say, Gideon loves blondes not brunettes!!!

    That blurred photo on fb of chapter one, indicates that she may have been sent home in a taxi. Would Angus taking her home have been risky, considering they are supposed to be over?

    Would Magdalene have just become another orifice, had her mother not been a friend of the family? Unlike Chris Vidal jnr, perhaps Gideon knew where to draw a line. Just curious why Gideon suddenly changed tack and suddenly followed a blonde back into the building, when seeing her for the first time. If his choice of woman previously were mummy related, what was so different about Eva?

    This relationship is a learning curve for both our lovers. Still in its infancy. Eva referred to them as virgins. It has to be worked at, which is hard, considering all the baggage that is sitting on already burdened shoulders.

    Just listened to the first sex scene, on my iPod in BTU. It was the afternoon before the advocacy dinner. It was so HOT,!!!!!! Jill Redfield has done an amazing job. A bit of me felt naughty, as if I was eavesdropping. Lol

    Sscrph I agree. Gideon must still have had Eva followed by his security team. Thus realising Eva was being followed, told Gideon and he sent her away, knowing his apartment was not the place to have a heart to heart. His heart must have been breaking, knowing that he still had to wait to find out if she still loved and wanted him.

    Gabri I am loving the fact that your so into the clothes side of the story, bearing in mind that the Italians love their fashion. I love it when Eva describes Gideons suits, because there is nothing more handsome than a man in a three piece suit. Yum.yum! Pushes my buttons too Eva.

    One of the best lines in the chapter, possibly the whole book is, "Why even call it a f**k? Why not be clear and call it a seminal emission in a pre-approved orifice? Classic. One of the things I noticed. In the lift, after her lunch with Stanton, Gideon said to Eva , "no lies, Eva. Ever" He may not lie as such, but he is extremely economical with the truth.

    Your right there Gigi . At the Vidal garden party, Eva said, "he greeted her with all the warmth of an article storm". As you say the only way Elizabeth was going to see her son, was to turn up unannounced.
