That is what I heard too. I like the theory of the luggage tags being symbolic of his "baggage". Because in my opinion if he (or they) are to travel, they'd most likey use Gideons vehicles (limo, bentley, airplane)

I guess if he was with 1 person from each gender and all 3 knew about each other they could be in a happy healthy relationship.

I had thought 3am was the time on the real clock from when Eva woke up due to Gideons nightmare. I had a feeling she had set the display on the frame to match their extra early morning cuddle session.... To further remind Gideon of them together.

I think we are still getting the snapshots of each chapter, twice a week. It was posted no more snippets because we are getting chapter 1 next week.

Hi GiGi, I agree Tatiana isn't responsible for her boyfriends actions. However she is responsible for her actions of cheating on him with Cary and enjoying the drama when the boyfriend found out. We didn't witness the drama first hand, we only learned if it when Eva shared a little with Monica when Cary was in the hospital after the attack. I hope Cary ends up with a special someone (or two special someones) :-D

I'm not a Tatiana fan. After Cary was attacked we learned from Eva that Tatiana has a jealous boyfriend who was not ok with the Cary-Tatiana hook-ups. Eva suggested to Monica the police should contact Tatiana because of the way her (Tatiana) boyfriend reacted when he learned about the hook-ups. Eventually the Cary-Tatiana relationship is going to be explosive for Cary.

I'm hopeful Cary will become successful with his career. This will make him more financially independent from Eva and her parents. I'm sure they would still be there for him (as his adopted family) I could see him in a successful relationship.... Or happily single with a few friends with benefits.

Hi GiGi Yes I think Mark tip toed over the professional lines there... But he also said it was Nobel of his business and part of his concern was selfish... Not wanting to lose a great assistant because she doesn't want to work in a building owned by her ex. I think he (Mark) meant well and had good intentions, even if it wasn't the most professional boss-employee conversation.

Except can't they use the rock concert fight as a display of Gideons affection for Eva. He "lost control when seeing her kiss another man" and "picture how he would "loose control" when confronted by her former rapist/attacker/tormenter/step-brother".

I see them getting married eventually, but not in the timeframe of EWY. It is only 2 weeks and Sylvia said they have a lot to work on. Maybe (ill hopefully LOL) book 4 or beginning of 5 will have our beautiful beach ceremony in NC. My guess is they go to Cali to see Victor. My question is why the luggage tags? Wouldn't they be using one of Gideons planes where his crew would be handling the luggage?

When Nathan attacked Cary he said "keep your hands off her" (meaning Eva). Gideon wanted Nathan to cool down, back off, and not go after Eva and physically harm her. To show in public get was not "with" Eva as far as Nathan is concerned he (Gideon) went out with Corrine to show with his actions they aren't together.

Right now I can see Gideon purchasing the NC house but not saying anything to Eva or anyone else until later.

I went back and reread that section in BTY. Yes Mark should have been there, cross industry asked for him specifically. Mark invited Eva to join him so she could observe the entire process and learn more. So normally a person in her entry assistant level position would not be at the meeting. Eva mentions how Mark has been showing and teaching her a lot since she started with him.

Just a thought .... Perhaps the start date for the job is based on when their pay period ends? Some companies the end of the pay period is on Monday, and the start of the next pay period is Tuesday. So starting on a Tuesday would be less headache for payroll, human resources, etc. That would explain Eva's start date.

I can see Mark being at the initial presentation because Gideon asked for him specifically for this ad campaign. Mark asked Eva to attend so she can see (and learn about) the whole process. (I think Mark likes to teach Eva about the company and the business - stuff you don't learn in the classroom) Good point that Gideon would have most likely been at the opposite side of the conference table... Unless of course he was running from one meeting to another and he barely made it into the room before Mark & Eva. Or many conference rooms have windows, so I wonder if he saw Eva coming with Mark (or on the security cameras when they exited the elevators) and he (Gideon) made sure to be near the door they would be entering into the conference room?

I don't see Christopher Jr going on a blind date. Or going on a blind date, then letting the blind date set him up on a new blind date.
