I said it before on different thread but I think most of Entwined if not all Gideon and Eva will have a secret love affair. Which should make for some really hot sex scenes. But will also give them time to build a better foundation for their relationship with no outside influences.

A mis trial wouldn't solve much the DA could always re file charges at a later date if new evidence were discovered. I doubt Graves would lose her job over trying to trick Eva police are allowed to lie and mis lead suspects and witnesses to try and trip up and catch people in lies. Sure a lawyer could argue entrapment but those cases hard to prove that the cop crossed the line from moral grey area to illegal.

I was saying on another thread that if Gideon did stand trial it might be for the best because he could be found innocent by a jury because of reasonable doubt due to lack of physical evidence. Then could never be re- tried ( even if the cops did find concrete proof Gideon killed Nathan after the trial) for Nathan's murder because that would be double jepoardy. Thats one way for Gideon to get away with murder and never having worry about the cops still trying to arrest him.

Very true. Its going to take some time and communication on both their parts to restore the trust and heal their broken hearts.

I loved that too. It had me on the verge of crying. It proved Gideon could be 100% selfless in his love for Eva and put her before his own need and want for her. Gideon understandably thinks Eva should be terrified of him and she is emotionally and mentally but not physically. Gideon and Eva know Gideon 's very capable of violence even though he would never harm Eva on purpose.Although in his nightmares he has come close but he can' t help that and took precautions to make sure it didn't happen again. I personally think Gideon is a little to focused on the physical side of Eva's well being and needs to consentrate on making amends for the emotional and mental abuse she suffered through due to his actions.

You are absolutely correct! I studied Criminal Justice for 4 years. Freedom of speech and press protect the rights of news organizations to report as long as they report the truth. Most news organizations voluntary leave victims names out of the press out of respect. Not wanting to re- victimize them with the world knowing their personal business. Its called Integral Journalism.

Oh I hope so. Maybe thats why Cary and Eva and Ireland Gideon meet up at the Vidal party. And the comments Cary makes about Brett( who is also at the party in Time Square) asking Eva if she ever thinks about Brett banging her brainless is only to see if she wants Brett or Gideon.

I guess so since Eva sort of assumed that she was based on her looks( brown hair, tall,slender,and tan) and the way that she talked about him like she knew him and didn't like him.

I agree. Have you noticed that Cary never once specifically uses the words 'I love you" to Eva he always says things like "back atcha baby girl" To me that spoke volumes that he can feel love but can't express it not even to Eva who is without a doubt the most important person in his life.xj

Magdalene is very observant( like she could tell Eva and Gideon had already had sex at the advocacy dinner even though she said so more crudely) I believe she can tell how happy Gideon was with Eva and since she truely loves Gideon and only wants him happy she is willing to be "friendly" with Eva for Gideon's sake. She doesn't want to lose her friend. Since she can also probably tell how unhappy he is now that Corrine is back in picture she figures Corrine as an enemy and Eva does too. So the expression ' the enemy of my enemy is my friend" comes to mind . Magdalene probably would much rather lose Gideon( even though she never really had him) to the love of his life than just and old flame playing mind games.

Everyone keeps saying they hope chapter 1 is long. Well the chapters in BTY average between 7 to 10 pages and in RIY chapters average between 7 to 13 pages. I am hoping for at least ten pages.

Oh I totally agree Eva would be devastated .But if Gideon did get arrested as much money as he has I can easily picture his high priced defense attorney getting him out on bail as long as he forefitted his passport. Since he is a Billionaire CEO that has company to run. And a murder case like that would be high profile so it would probably be brought to trial as quickly as possible. I am having nothing but happy thoughts but I always have to be a bit realistic even if it sucks to be so.

Oh Please don't say that I think that is everyone's worst fear. Although if he were arrested and the case went to trial it might be for the best. Let's say he was tried for murder one ( murder in the 1st degree) and the jury found him innocent because of reasonable doubt because the lack of any physical evidence. He could never(not even the cops found concrete evidence that Gideon did kill Nathan after the trial was over) be tried for Nathan's murder again, because that would be Double Jepoardy. So maybe that's what SD is planning? It be just about the only way the Gideon could get away with murder without always having to worry.

I hope its some really hot sex not a nightmare I get a sick feeling everytime Gideon almost hurts Eva. I know its not his fault but it still makes me mad and then I feel bad for both Gideon and Eva.

Most of my family is in West Virginia in Charleston and close to Richwood. I think we could for sure hide Gideon on a mountain somewhere. Its very easy to get lost in those woods if don't know your way around.

I don't think I have ever been so excited for a Tuesday in my life. Hurry up please I can't wait for the first chapter.

I just went back and re-read that section I believe Gideon was already having her followed and here's why. 1 st off he knew she was home alone because why else would he take her to the couch instead if her room he knew Cary wasn't there. 2 nd he knew she had a spa day without her telling him because he specifically ask had she been waxed that day.
