I did think Vidal snr was the abuser but after listening to Gideon in Reflected (audio book) he mentioned the man was an doctorial type of person which Vidal snr is not so I think that blows that idea out of the box

I do at times feel sorry for Gideon with his insecurities, imagine how he must feel, he has had no love most of his live and this gorgeous blonde bombshell comes into his life and not for his money, I think it is going to take a wee while and a lot of persuasion from Eva that she really does love him. Â Like Eva said at the end of Reflected (I know we are not there yet in the chapters a day but I finished listening to it last night) She is going to Marry Gideon which speaks volumes to Gideon so hopefully he can hold onto that and develop that and trust her feelings for him.

It is possible that Victor badgered Graves but I think if he went to see Monica or Stanton Monica would have said something to Eva, she was still upset when the police were still contacting Stanton about security tapes, and the way Monica is - unstable at times - I think if Victor had approached her Eva would know by the way her mother was.

Mind you the phone call Eva gave to Gideon after reading that article and her dad seeing the article in the words of Gideon "shredded me" it broke my heart hearing her that low (on audio book) and the letter she wrote to him as well that Wednesday night when he came over, OMG I was in tears, that bit always gets me.

I think he has probably gone back home to have some peace to investigate further, I think if he stayed in NYC he would have been hindered by Eva asking him to drop itÂ

I wish Sylvia would come to the UK, she has been all over the place just now, her UK fans would love to meet her. Â Also anyone know how we in the UK could get a signed copy of Entwined, Â the book company that Sylvia did the Q&A with recently do not distribute to the UK. Â Thanks SheensÂ

Â Thanks for clearing that up, I always thought it may have been Clancy and Angus and possibly Stanton that were there while Gideon discussed how to keep Eva safe.

I personally think when Victor went back to work he accessed the file on Nathan's death and took it from there and has come back to ask Eva outright what had been going on and try and get some answers for himself.

  I love these questions but one I would put in as well would be:-  Who was Gideon speaking to in his appartment when Eva called from the hospital after he was being cold and he went out of the room to speak to her.  Oh also another possible question:-  Did Stanton and Gideon & Monica get together to discuss Nathan and what Gideon was going to do or Maybe Clancy and Angus and Gideon got together.  I know that is more than 3 questions but these have been bugging me

Quick Question, you know how Detective Graves turned up on what I presume was Friday night at Eva's house and she said that Nathan had been found dead that morning, who reported the death, I presume Gideon would have closed Nathan's front door closed behind him so I just wondered who would have found the body and reported it ??

yes but that was on the Monday, the fight with Nathan was on the Thursday before

I don't think Gideon's secretary would have known about Nathan, she may have heard some arguments between Gideon and Nathan or maybe Corrine had come up to see Gideon but been sent away. Â I do not think Gideon would have kept the video/pictures I think they would have gone back with Nathan and yes I think Gideon got his security detail to take Nathan out probably a back way in case Eva came back from lunch and saw him.
