Slightly differ on this one.

I don't think Corinne is crazy mad. I think she is a crazy manipulator, to get what she wants. She blindsided Gideon and Eva at the dinner in Bared, convinced Eva she had a nooner with Gideon, and at her apartment. The woman is spiteful and devious. Unfortunately the miscarriage was a result, of that attempted suicide. Something she will have to live with for the rest of her life. We will have to wait to see where this storyline goes, but I don't disagree, the woman needs help.

I think this....

she is a manipulating be-och.. I bet she knew she was pregers, and thought that Gideon wouldn't want her if was prego with someone else's kid. I also think she was in cahoots with Anne about the whole thing.

 

I also think the hosp thing with Gideon's mother being there was because .. mom thought he was gona give the ring to Corinne. 

 ( I BET HE ASKED HER FOR IT ) 

That's why she had a fit when she saw it on Eva..I think Thats what her comment was about your not taking him away from me too.. because Eva had taken him away from Corinne..

Hi all!

I know I'm late to all this, but I've been reading all your posts for a couple days and it's on;y now that I've been able to post. Don't think there is anything I can say that hasn't already been said.

One of the thngs that bothers me the most is the whole Brett issue.  I don't think that Eva will cheat on Gideon while in SD.  I don't believe after all they've gone through and what she has with him she'll jeopardize it all with Brett. She does need to set things straight with him and confront him about the sextape....I think he knows about it or had something to do with it.

I also believe Clancy had something to do with Nathan's bracelet, like he covered up for gideon knowing he did it for Eva.

As for Corrine and Deanna....they just need to go!! Elizabeth is a hole other matter, I think a lot more about her will be coming out and I hope she comes clean and belives Gideon. I think it will help with his healing. WHy she told Eva that she's feeding Gideon lies, is beyond me!

Anyway....I loooove this series and I'm glad there's a place I can go to to discuss!!

 the bracelet cover up and Clancy .. Lets not forget that eva had told him "you owe me big time.. when she found the bug thing in her compact .. So I had thought it was him all along.. EVEN if it is way to obvious .and I don't think mob will play into anything.. that's just my thought.

I did too in the past. I am probably over thinking and making myself crazy.

I was thinking that in every book Gideon gets into some kind of physical altercation with someone:

           BTY-he punches Ian

           RIY-beats the snot out of Brett (not to mention Nathan!)

           EWY-skirmish with Giroux

So keeping the pattern going I'll predict he has a go at Dr. Terry.

Anne Lucas has her own agenda. A woman scorned and brother committing suicide because he would have been outed as a rapist. Nice family!

I think we only hit this on the surface.. I think we are going to find out a lot about this nasty women..

Is it killing anyone else to find out why he is so cold to his mother?

especially  with the comment made at the end.. YOUR NOT TAKING HIM AWAY FROM ME.

I know I'm in the minority but....I'm on the side that believes Brett isn't so innocent in all this.  As I've mentioned in the past my husband is a musician.  When we were young he took jobs all around the mid-Atlantic area and there were groupies who followed the band from club to club.  The guys talked about these women especially if they had a quickie. My husband and I rarely argued but we had real screaming matches when I heard some of the comments the band members made about some of the women who followed them around. 

 

I find it hard to believe that Sam didn't share his videos with Brett.  Sam was trying to make a name for himself.   Brett and the other group members allowed the videographer access and gave permission to video whatever he wanted.  In real life, Sam would say something to Brett when he captured the Brett/Eva pictures.  At a minimum he might say "Brett you were really going at it with this one", or something more vulgar.  I can't forget that there was a video of them in Brett's car.  Did Brett give Sam a key to mount the camera?  Was it threaded through the trunk? Dashboard? This isn't something that is done without the car owner's knowledge. 

 

I hope that Brett isn't as bad as I think he is but I won't be surprised if he is a real jerk.

I think he knew right from the start. I think he knew right well about the tape, that's how he got the video down to a T...

 

I also think he is in cahoots with Christopher about the tape and video to tuck it to Gideon. thinking if the both saw that tape it would break them up.. And Eva would take Brett back..

I have the feeling that Christopher knew about the video and pushed to the video release ..

 

Remember it was stated that " I DIDNT THINK THEY DID THOSE ANYMORE " 

cary had said it to Eva about the promotion premier .

When I wrote Megumi storyline playing out badly, I meant the relationship was going badly in the figurative sense, not the storyline being bad. The storyline -- the plot -- was really good, I think.

 

I actually enjoyed Megumi as a character being further developed -- Eva getting close with a new friend. There's been a small but wee bit vocal minority out there thinking Megumi got too much space in the story -- but not me. I saw as very important to the story that Megumi was in a bad relationship and was struggling very hard -- because that's pretty much what the case had been with Eva until very recently. As much as Eva loved Gideon and vice versa, their relationship had been seriously dysfunctional and Eva was suffering deeply.

I think we are going to find out that Michael has beat the crap out of Megumi.. With always bring up the self defense classes you know that they are going to brought into play.

 

I also feel that Brett is going to make Eva feel trapped and trigger her to kick the crap out of him when he comes on to her SD.
