  1. I can hardly wait until Kirsten starts posting what she learned that night. I have said it before and I will keep saying it; You ladies are awesome!!! Thank You!!!   Â
  2. Hi Barb, Thanks for getting that information from Sylvia for us.Â
  3. Hi MicheleWV, You make really good points. I always come back to whether Gideon has allowed Eva's love for him to sink down into his soul or whether he is still fighting the concept of love?  You are so right; out of the two of them, Eva is far more emotionally mature when it comes to love then Gideon. In some strange way, they are really good for one another. They don't seem to have the same dysfunction and as such, they can see past their own foibles and help one another get through each other's issues. They have a really complex dynamic going on. Do you know what I mean?
  4. Again, that makes total sense to me. Sylvia is writing from her unobstructed point of view. Could you imagine Sylvia trying to listen to all of our voices and then Gideon's and Eva's? It would be too much. I hope when this is all finished, that Sylvia comes on and takes a look at what we have been theorizing and posting. She might get a real laugh out of it.
  5. How wonderful. Â Now seriously, how do you get a heart to move and smile...Â
  6. How wonderful that the readers are thinking so far ahead! Â
  7. You would think that Elizabeth would have held onto Gideon more tightly because he was the last remaining link to her past but she didn't, which makes her a very perplexing character. Why did Elizabeth Vidal suddenly become so hands-off with her son? Why did she listen to everyone else but her own "mother" instinct? What the heck was going on there?
  8. I am glad that Christopher Jr. isn't completely despicable. I hope he gets his act together if for no other reason than it would be good for everyone to finally have some peace. Gideon's family desperately needs peace.Â
  9. Hi MicheleWV, I wonder if Gideon somehow hates the fact that he needs Eva's love (thereby making Gideon wholly human). This is the first woman who truly has the capacity to devastate Gideon. Eva is the first woman who has gotten a look behind the iron wall he built (as a matter of survival). Do you know what I mean?Â
  10. Wowie!! Zowie!!! Now I am dancing a jig of glee!! Oh holy cow!! I can hardly wait to hear about Monica's backstory!! It is like dangling a big honking carrot in front of a very hungry donkey!! Â
  11. What a bomb to drop!!! Wow!! I can hardly wait to see how the Elizabeth Vidal Storyline will play out!! I need to grab a calendar and start marking off the days until the next release! Â
  12. Great explanation of Gideon's personality and why he does what he does! The next time I read the books I will keep that in mind.   It is kind of sad to think that Gideon equates his love for Eva with a loss of control. Love is supposed to set a person free; make them stronger, braver then they ever thought that they could be. Has Gideon really accepted Eva's love?
  13. You have nothing to be sorry about! You have done everyone such a huge favour by sharing your information! Â
  14. Augh! Cary isn't going to know whether the baby is his or not in book four? Sigh! How frustrating...sigh! Oh well, I guess we will have to hang in a little longer to find out what the answer is to that question.   Sharon, I am in awe of you and all of the other ladies who go to these events, sit and listen intently and most importantly then write everything down! Thank you.
  15. Hi Sharon, What you said makes so much sense! I am so glad that you had the opportunity to go to one of these events. Thank you, thank you, thank you!  It never occurred to me that Eva would continue to have a need to self destruct. I am glad in a way that Brett might be key in helping her end this and finally laying this ghost to rest (if I have understood what you said correctly). Â
  16. Hi Sharon, Your description of what happened during that Author's Night shows how professional Sylvia truly is. It must have been incredibly uncomfortable for Sylvia to be chastised in front of an audience of fans and other professionals simply because a person didn't like her style of writing. Brava Sylvia!
  17. Hi Fsumom, You make a good point about Christopher Jr. being Brett's boss. You also make a good point about the privacy of the conflict between Christopher Jr. and Gideon.Â
  18. Hi Mam2e, Thank you for all of your well wishes. I firmly believe that God hears all prayers. I wish you and your family blessings as well.Â
  19. Hi Sheens, Thanks again for posting all of those wonderful photos.Â
  20. HI ShazScott1980, Where is this Quiz? Is it on this thread?Â
  21. Hello Ms. Fsumom, Your theories are down right "magically delicious" they are so sinister!   Now I have no sympathy for Brett (nor did I ever) but he comes out looking so much worse than his filthy mouth! If this keeps up, I am going to have to call for backup...yes that means I will pick up the phone and call one of my very hefty and very hairy Aunts to deal with this lout!  As for the whole whack-a-doo-shrinky-poo....if Corinne really as manipulated into taking medications under false pretenses then I really do feel sorry for her. I know so not popular for that one. It would just be incredibly sad and pathetic and somehow karmic in nature...which makes it all the more sad.Â
  22. Hi Nancy, My question would be; where exactly was Christopher Jr? Was he there when Gideon was being abused? Were both children being seen at the same time (which would be highly unusual due to privacy and confidentiality issues)? Oh questions, questions, questions....Thank you for taking the time to look the passage up though.Â
