Tatiana is a hot topic of discussion today too -- is she the one who leaked to Deanna those half-truths about Gideon clocking that Ian guy in Eva's apartment? Tatiana wasn't in on the orgy herself, but she could have found out about it during pillow talk with Cary.

Sure she is...! My thing is why the change all of a sudden with tatt..! In the end of RIY she was friendly with Eva, "honey I'm home" (Eva says) tatt comes out Cary's room "hi honey, take care of him for me" so why the attitude now..!? Eva has been nothing but friendly to her..!

When Eva changed her phone Mommyca had no way of tracking her, And then when Mommyca saw Nathan outside the crossfire she almost passed out..!! Then the attack on Cary more than likely put the icing on the cake so they placed the bugs in Eva's belongings..!........

Oh wait one was in her Rolex she got a as graduation gift..! So the bugs were probably already there just not being used, after the attack on Cary or maybe after Mommyca saw Nathan at the crossfire the receiver was turned on to trace Eva so everyone knew where she was.!!

Let me think about this some more..!!

Gideon was only 10/11 when the abuse started. The shrink mainly saw his mother, he was left alone with Hugh. When Anne came on to Gideon he wouldn't of had a clue who she was to start with. When he twigged it was Gideons way of payback on Terry for lying about his abuse.As the affair progressed, perhaps Gideon somehow found out about the family connection. That's when he sent her packing back to Lucas, after she was going to leave Terry Lucas. I'm not sure yet about her reasons for bedding Gideon, she may not have known about Hugh's abuse till after the affair finished and Hugh killed himself. Gideon took revenge on Terry for falsifying examination results. I just need to know time frames between the affair and Hugh's suicide. Which came first? When did Gideon confront Hugh. The statue of limitations I think someone said was seven years, so Gideon had to be early twenties? I know it's complicated. But I know where I'm going. Sorry.

Eva's Google research indicated the Lucas' marital status as married. It's possible that since changed, but since Eva's whole reason at that time (the morning after the fundraiser dinner fiasco) was to check out Terry's wife (brunette paranoia) it might be possible that the Lucases have since divorced. Because the picture Eva checked out obviously was outdated -- Anne had a short hair style in it, but Anne's hair was longer when Eva saw her in the flesh at the very end of Entwined.

 

I do find it very odd that the Lucases apparently don't attend functions together. The night of the Fundraiser Fiasco, Terry obviously was stag. Meanwhile, it would appear Anne was stag at the dinner at the very end of Entwined.

 

It would make sense that if Terry "lost" Anne because of Gideon, he'd be even more bitter. C'mon -- after a woman has had Gideon Cross, is she gonna go back to Terry? The point at which Gideon got his revenge by "breaking" Anne was dumping her as soon as she announced she was going to leave Terry for Gideon.

I know right..! I wouldn't go back to my husband either..! Lol..!

When at the hospital, Lizzy hugs Gideon . The story goes on to say,

I'm not sure what to make of that statement. Did he feel uncomfortable, being hugged or touched by his mother? Or was surprised at her affection? Anyone care to enlighten me please.

That's not the first time she tried to hug him..! At the garden party she tried but he tensed, I think her not "loving him enough" causes him to be uncomfortable with her..!!

Does anyone else think that Gideon was already thinking /planning wedding back in Reflected when Eva chased him it his place and he found her there after his appt with Dr Patterson when he said what they had together was the one rock solid thing they should depend on and that he was going to give it to them and Eva was going to let him or words to that effect ?

I'm still going my theory that she is the shrink and Hugh the doctorate that tended to Lizzy Gideon and Chris. If that is the case, I hope they have a padded family cell for the whole screwed up bunch of them. Gideon said they were all f*cked up. Very worrying

Julie, I really doubt Gideon would have slept with her knowing that she knew her little brother raped him..! Further more why would she want to sleep with someone her brother was accused of raping.!? There would be no need for Gideon to "payback" Dr Lucas.! Him sleeping with Anne was his payback to Lucas for lying..! If she already knew what her brother did the would be no need for Gideon to sleep with her ..!

It just occurred to me that as soon as Corrine becomes medically stable enough to leave intensive care, she'll possibly (I say probably) be transferred to psychiatric inpatient care. If it's true Dr. Anne Lucas was feeding her inappropriate types and/or dosages of anti-depressants -- to a pregnant patient no less -- then Lucas is likely going to end up in serious trouble.

 

Because she'll be coming under the care of a new psychiatrist during her inpatient stay, one who almost certainly is going to go over Corrine's recent history.

 

Major medical practice suit is one possibility, as might be actions concerning Anne's medical license.

 

I'll bet Anne wasn't counting on Corrine surviving.

Or maybe the opposite..! If Anne was not the doctor and Corrine goes to psychiatric care just might run into Anne then..!

Dr. Terry and Anne-what a couple of whackos. They deserve each other.

At first I thought they were still married but I don't so..! I say this because Lucas himself said "frankly I'm so bitter I wouldn't believe me either" so I'm assuming the affair broke their marriage..!!

You know what I'm struggling with? Why all of a sudden Elizabeth thinks Eva is to blame and she said to her "I won't let you take him away from me?!"

It was clear from the get go that Gideon and his mums relationship was strained to say the least, to be honest with his whole family!! Why is she suddenly pushing the blame onto Eva, I don't think Gideon acted any different to his mum before and after he met Eva! Is it purely cos Eva called her out on the abuse?!

W T F I'm at it again..! My 4th time listening to EWY on the audiobook..! I can't for the life of me find a clue as to what's going on with Megumi.! But I notice she gets "sick" after she meets Daniel from the cross trainer.! I'm hoping he has nothing to do with it but I can't find any clues as to what's going on with her..! Lacey said she got rid of Michael because no chemistry, saying he was a good looking guy and successful..! I can't figure this out..!!

I think with Dr. Petersen, Gideon and Eva can tell him some half truths about why Gideon distanced himself from Eva. Specifically that the police started questioning both him and Stanton about Nathan's murder. Nathan tried to extort money from both men, and Nathan possessed video/photos of Eva that could devastate her if they ever got out -- devastate her even if she simply found out about them.

 

• Thus it stood to reason that Gideon and/or Stanton both conceivably had motive to hire a hitman.
• Gideon feared that if the police seriously considered him to be a suspect, they might also suspect Eva was involved, going as far as to suspect she asked Gideon to have Nathan disposed of.
• So Gideon immediately distanced himself from Eva for her own protection for however long it took for the police to cross him off their suspect list.
• Now it seems they finally have real leads in the investigation -- Nathan may have been killed by a gangster he'd crossed.
• At last Gideon was able to explain to Eva why he temporarily distanced himself from her, quit contacting her in any way the police could trace (phone, email, in-person).
• Eva understandably is hurt and it has damaged what they had -- but not beyond repair. They've come out of this more devoted to one another than ever.

All of the above is true. All they need to do is leave out the part that it wasn't the gangster, nor a hired hitman -- Gideon himself did it.

Good morning everyone!Im anxious to know what Dr. Travis thinks of Eva and Gideon and I think that just how Eva wanted approval from Dr. Petersen when she said she loved Gideon, she might want the same from Dr. Travis.

What is she going to say about the separation.? Since she can't go into details why he pulled away from her.!?
