You make a good point about Monica.  I also agree that Gideon might want a big wedding too.  He is marrying the woman he loves madly afteral.  I was thinking about something others had mentioned in previous postings and threads.  What is the fear then of letting the media in to this event (other than the fact that they can be incredibly intrusive).  If the worst case scenario played out and the sex tape was released, wouldn't it simply cause a moment's embarrassment and then blow over?  There is always someone in the media getting caught doing something foolish and quite frankly far worse.  What do you think?  What does everyone think?

 

Those sex tapes do blow over.   Monica and Gideon both want the whole kit and caboodle.   Gideon just wants it quicker than Monica.

I know I was thinking that to, she wanted to erase the memory he had of being abused and replace it with memories of her..! So sweet..!

I think that Eva has made great strides towards dealing with her insecurities.  It became evident when she saw the prenup and didn't just tear it up or throw it away.  She stopped, took her time in the shower which gave her the opportunity to calm down and then she faced her fears-the prenup.  In the end she was pleasantly surprised, I think.  What do you think?

 

Julie - I agree - she was initially angry but then calmed down and read the prenup.   She was surprised because the prenup was bribery to stay.

think that the latest information was that Sylvia was half way through writing her fourth book.  I am not sure how much longer it will take her to finish writing the book.  Then I would assume; she would have to present it to her editors and such and then go back and write the revisions.  I seriously hope that this entire process doesn't take yet another year before we see the next installment. Sigh!

If Michael is Chris Jr. why did he start dating Lacey?  He didn't know that Lacey wouldn't be that into him and then turn him over to Megumi.  I think he is just an abusive jerk but then I've learn that Sylvia will throw a curve ball like the bracelet.  I can't believe I'm saying this but I can't wait for the next book already.

I kinda have a feeling Det. Graves planted the bracelet and photos on the mob corpse. Graves knew she blew it when she asked question to Eva after Eva requested her attorney. The only way to "close" 2 of her cases was to paint the mob guy as the one who killed Nathan and supply the evidence.

I loved the wedding and the pre-nup. I think there was a scene in the book when Eva heard Gideon on the phone…I forgot when, but I think he was on w/ his lawyers putting it together J Do women really get money for having kids? Lol.

 

I feel bad for Cary. I hope it’s not really his baby, but he’ll have  a while to find that out (if she really is preg).

Do you think, by what happened in the plane, it was her way of healing him, like he did with her in the library. Trying to erase all the bad memories, replacing them with good ones? That was one emotionally charged chapter. I was like WOW!

Her and Cary already had the plan to go to SD before the wedding weekend.   She should never had said anything to Brett though.  I also think that she's going to ask about the sex tape to Brett.

She's saying being dizzy didn't make her say yes..! But she didn't explain what made her say yes, as she goes on to say why it's to soon and although she does do it, when the words "marry me" came out of his mouth what was going on in her head that made her say yes.?

 

I'm wondering the same thing but Eva knows she's Gideon's safe place and she does love him and knew they would get married.

I am so happy my instinct was right that all along, Magdalene was (and still is) squarely on Team Gideon Deserves To Be Happy.

 

Once Magdalene figured out that she couldn't give Gideon what he needs to be happy but there was someone who most definitely could -- Eva -- that Magdalene started pulling for Eva.

 

I liked the fact Magdalene went to see Eva, she let slip the fact that Gideon was only friends with Corrine and even that wasn't working out. It was her way of trying to clear the Corrine obstacle.

 

I had a feeling Magdalene was happy for Gideon.  I have a feeling she knew all along how he was with Eva and how he was with Corinne.   Eva' the clear winner.

I absolutely adored Entwined in many ways -- for answering certain questions I had and for introducing an entire new set of questions for the forthcoming Book 4 and Book 5.

 

The only -- and I mean only -- disappointment for me was not getting an answer to that nagging brunette issue. AGHHHHH!!!!!

 

Please, please, PLEASE, Sylvia ..... tell us the real root of the finally-broken fixation? Was it a sexual fetish stemming from Gideon's first consensual experiences (i.e. Corrine) or was it a major Oedipus complex thing related to his mother?
