    Why didn't he move on. Victor is a catch. There was a brief mention of a date. He needs a good woman, and not hold a torch for Monica, who has moved on 3 times! I'm sure Eva would like to see her dad settled.

    I've said this before, I wasn't to enamoured with Gideon the first time round. But when I got to nearly the end of RIY, my perspective of him changed, not because of the murder and why he did it, but I saw something very sad in him. A lonely little frightened boy. Still think so.

    LN Cronan reckons they are to do with Gideons rape. Which makes sense. But for obvious reasons using a child was out of the question, so a young man was used.

    It's 7.30 in the UK. I've just become a fan of Superman! I couldn't even post a passage or favourite line today. This chapter was so sad, heartbreaking.
