Thanks LN  Also like you, us in Scotland have different holidays than Julie does in England. Some holidays are UK spread and some we have in Scotland Julie would not have in England ST Paddy's day (St Patricks Day in irish) is mainly celebrated in Ireland but here in Scotland we like to join in, any excuse for a party.   In Scotland we have St Andrews Day (Patron Saint of Scotland) at the end of November In England they have St George's Day - not sure when  We also celebrate Burn's day with Rabbie Burn Supper, usually Haggis which being a true Scot I love.  I love how in this forum no matter what you have gone through in life, these books uplift us and unite us all together as one big happy Crossfire Family LOL xxÂ

basically and I hope I do not offend any bank tellers or assistants here but it is a holiday where the banks, post office, courier services all take off, I think it was designed so the banks could get a rest, I think it is supposed to be Spring Day here but Julie will probably know better than me. Â To be honest AMC I have never known why we get them lolÂ

we have rememberance Sunday which honors everyone who died in all the wars where we lay poppies at the memorials but no official holiday for it. Â Today in UK is a bank holiday we have 2 in May, we should have something like a day off for the people who died but we don't. Â We got an extra day's holiday last year for the Jubilee of the Queen and a couple of years before for the Queen's 80th Birthday the rest are usually bank holidaysÂ

same here Julie, I would hate Megumi to be mixed up with all that is going on with Deanna or Dr Lucas

everyone has to be naughty at time and misbehave, it is part of life and makes life so exciting, I agree graceful is boring, live life for the day you are in

I hope in the next book though Gideon goes through a cleansing period when opening up to Eva but I agree it will probably keep going on throughout all the books but I think we shall learn more about Gideon's nightmares in this book and Eva will help him.

not telling my hubby but while sitting having coffee, I will be scanning the streets LOL , you never know I may see the man SD said gave her the image of Gideon, Oh wouldn't that be brilliant, I would of course take photo's for all the ladies on here if I ever saw this man, pity SD didn't take his photo for us all
