I keep thinking that Sylvia said that there are 2 weeks from the end of RIY and the end of EWY...

We are only in the beginning chapters of EWY...

There is a murder investigation going on...

Gideon and Eva have to be careful being seen with each other...

IDK....I just can't see them taking a chance at Eva's or Gideon's apartment..

Maybe Gideon is renting an apartment for their trysts...

Since they are both under surveillence, I don't think that they are getting together in their respective apartments...(except for that one time at Eva's after she told Gideon the police were dropping the case).

I think Entwined is a few months and it picks up two weeks after Reflected ends.

Regarding the book cover of EWY. I don't get the significance of the bottle of perfume. I understand the USA version. Why are they different?

I don't think it's final volume since SD said ETY only goes 2 weeks in their relationship. They can't possibly resolve so much in that time frame. I want more Eva bad Gedeon fighting together for what they lost.

WHOA, LN Cronan! I have been reading these last posts of yours! I concur! Corinne is definitely a woman obsessed! Beware of a woman obsessed with a man! LOL

Ireland's father and or brother, Christopher Jr., would have brought her along to a Vidal Records event, not Gideon. As a rule, he went out of his way to avoid family functions, which is one of the reasons he barely knew Ireland. My guess is Gideon showed up on his own, possibly knowing ahead of time Brett Kline would be in attendance. Gideon latched onto Ireland (or more likely she latched onto him) after he arrived.

 

But it's a pretty safe bet Gideon didn't bring Corrine along. Eva's insecurities about Corrine is what had been driving Eva into Brett's arms in the past (from the kiss at the concert to taking Brett to lunch in direct retaliation for Gideon having taken Corrine to dinner.) Even though Eva appears to have finally moved past her raging insecurity/jealousy issue about Corrine, Gideon wouldn't have taken any chances. Because he's got insecurity/jealousy issues about Brett for good reason -- a part of Eva does want to jump Brett's bones.

Would LOVE to hear the conservation that took place between Gideon/Ireland and Eva/Cary!

Interesting that Gideon brought Ireland and not Corinne to this event...

He'd never sell out Eva literally. Nor ever deliberately trash Eva. But he's possibly a terrible gossip surrounded by other beautiful people who also are terrible gossips and who sometimes may pump him for inside info on the deal between his socialite roommate and her celebrity boyfriend.

 

 

Agree! And because of Cary's gossiping weakness coupled with occasional drug use, I think that Cary will inadvertently betray Eva and put their relationship to the test...

 I DEFINITELY think that Shawna told her brother/brother-in-law about what happened that night!

 Riding in Gideon's limo,

 eating at Tableau One (where Shawna and her boyfriend wanted to eat  but the waiting list was 2 months long),

 meeting Arnoldo and having him as her escort,

 meeting Nine Inch Nails back-stage,

 the fight with the lead singer (Brett) and Gideon,

 THEN finding out that Eva was Golden Girl!

 That was a night to remember! Shawna would have to share it with SOMEONE!    LOL!

I think that they would have gone back to Eva's apartment...

I think the reason they went back to his apartment after the pad incident is because Eva scared the s*** out of Gideon. He felt that Eva was going to dump/leave him.

At the end of RIY, Gideon and Eva are in the security office of the Crossfire building  (this is after Eva had lunch with Christopher)..

 

Eva:    ".....Why are we hiding in this office?"

 

Gideon:   "Plausible deniability."

 

Why would Gideon say this?
