    Fsu mom only Sylvia knows the answer to what Dr. Terry did with his information. I think in general the forum assumes Anne's revenge against Gideon is solely based on his treatment of her but we can be wrong in this assumption. And also perhaps he supports the abused children's charities to assuage his guilt over lying all those years ago...

    Hugh's son was only 2 when Gideon confronted him. This was after Gideon was already established so at the very least Gideon maybe was 23 or 24 , that would put the child only about 7 or 8 yrs old.

    I think as Eva hears about Gideon's abuse her own insecurities may come to the forefront again as she relives her own just as Gideon started having the nightmares after he'd heard Eva's story.

    I think loyalty has nothing to do with morals in this case. Eva is disappointed in her father's behavior and rightly so. His behavior was morally wrong due to the fact that Monica was a married woman and he should have set a better example for his daughter. Eva told him how she felt and this has nothing to do with loyalty. She shouldn't agree with his behavior just because he is her dad. I think that Stanton does deserve Eva's loyalty in this case because he has been good to her AND her mother. He did his best to protect Eva from her past and puts up with a lot of Monica's baggage .

    Actually the first playful spanking occurred in BTY when GidEva were at Crosstrainer for the first time and Gideon was jealous of Eva talking to Daniel. He spanked her on the way to the locker room when they were leaving.

    Actually Christopher Jr could also be one of the bitter enemies the passage refers to; perhaps Chris Jr played a bigger part than we think in the SEXTAPEGATE What do you all think?

    I think we certainly can't rule out Drs Terry and Anne Lucas as bitter enemies from the past...maybe Anne Lucas is aware that Gideon may have pushed Hugh over the edge and she will do anything to seek revenge on Gideon for Hugh and herself... Unfortunately this probably involves hurting Eva in some way. . :(

    I don't understand how Gideon cannot fully trust Eva after all they have been through especially with the Nathan situation...

    Hi GLH Monica had no choice but to believe her child because as she was hemorrhaging she was faced with the irrefutable truth. How can we be so sure that Monica would have believed Eva if the circumstances were different?

    Gigi you don't have to hold back about Monica LoL I despise her but I can't wait to hear her backstory. Whatever her backstory is will not excuse her in my eyes of being seriously neglectful and of course you are right. If she were a woman of lesser means she would have faced criminal charges. Eva states that they didn't tell Victor because the scandal would have killed her mother ; yes soooo true but Eva would have been living with her dad no doubt about it...

    I just keep remembering Sylvia saying in that interview that Gideon and Eva are solid . It just makes you wonder if Gideon's past is darker than we have been led to believe so far. I keep going back to that pre-nup. It is structured to give Eva everything so Gideon must really be afraid of what will be revealed and not only that will he be a different person when he comes out the other side.
