Well once EWY comes out, we will have time to put all our theories together and anticipate what's going to happen in book 4. After all that's what we have been doing these past few months.

Regarding the book cover of EWY. I don't get the significance of the bottle of perfume. I understand the USA version. Why are they different?

I think Brett just matured, and realised that his feelings for Eva went deeper than he thought. Your right that he's not a bad person. He's just got caught up in an extremely intense relationship in which there's no good outcome for Brett. Sorry you had your chance and blew it mate!

Poor Gideon was never made to feel like one of the family. As you so rightly say, Mr Vidal Snr could have adopted Gideon, but it seems like he wanted to alienate Gideon.

Just a thought, could Mr Vidal Snr have been one of those investors? That would explain why he wouldn't adopt him.

I was wondering if Gideon found his father after he committed suicide. We need more of Gideons story in EWY.

Regarding Gideons rape. In Bared, in the library, when things were getting steamy. Sylvia wrote. Standing in a rush, Gideon picked me up and carried me to the couch. He dropped me lengthwise on the cushion, then hauled my hips up to rest on the armrest, arching my spine.

I eyed him up the length of my torso. Why not just fold me over and f### me from behind.

I think this is how Gideon would have been raped and in that very room.

Like you LN Cronan, my money is on Christopher Snr. There will come a day when, Gideon will exact his revenge and pull the plug on Vidal records. He is just biding his time.

I'm thinking ex- Mrs Barker might be the twist to this murder. Although Gideon is the obvious candidate, when Monica saw Nathan outside Crossfire the day she had lunch with Eva and Megumi, her mothering instincts kicked in, where she would do anything to keep her daughter safe.

Poor Gideon. All these guys are hitting on his girlfriend (Eva), and there's not much he can do, cos his hands are tied. Hopefully, Dr Petersen can straighten him out. He needs to revisit and revise!
