    Gideon does mention that He(Gideon) was left alone with Hugh not We(Gideon and Chris) more and more. I couldn't see Hugh raping Gideon with Chris in the room. Because his nightmares tell us this happened in BTY. How much of his abuse will he tell to Eva and Dr Petersen?

    I wouldn't say Gideon sees him as an employee, as such. But he definitely is a friend confidante, and above all the only father figure Gideon has known. He knows what Gideon thinks and what he wants. Spelling it out for Eva on a couple of occasions ie the concert and the hospital. I reckon Angus saved Gideons life regarding his abuse.

    I have to disagree with you there. Angus has stepped up to the plate for Gideon. He has been with Gideon for many years, he has been Gideons father figure. He is Gideons confidante. That's why he was at the wedding. Never diss our Angus.

    Can I just say, this is a book you are talking about. Made up characters, and story by an exceptional author. Everyone is entitled to their opinions and theories. It is not meant to be taken seriously. Recent postings seem to have got a bit out of hand. I thought it was for adults these pages? Come on ladies get a grip! This use to be a fun page, not so much these days unfortunately. :(

    Just like to say, when I made the post about nannies it wasn't meant in an offensive manner. As a long time poster to these pages, we are all entitled to our opinions, as to where the story may or may not go. It's these opinions and theories that make this forum FUN. After all, at the end of the day it's just a book, with characters that we love or in Corinnes case hate!

    Hiya. I don't think they will have nannies either. They will be hands on parents. I don't think Gideon would trust his children to strangers, after all look what happened to him!! I would like an epilogue to the series. As you say 5 years later would be a good time frame.

    I hope not. There is too much healing to be done. Pregnancy thrown into the mix will add to the problems. Each book is just a matter of weeks. There is plenty of time for babies. But they can keep practicing!!! Phew!!!

    Hi carol I did suggest a while ago, that Geoffrey may have been murdered, by a disgruntled investor. But I also think that Gideon actually found his father after the shooting. It is going to take a lot to forgive Elizabeth, as she is not on team Eva.
