    I did wonder how Nathan became such a vile human being. Children are not born bad. What on earth happened to him to make him such a monster, after all he was still young himself. What had he been exposed to, to make him do what he did. The mind boggles.

    Good point. If he wants it to go away, and Eva and him left to get on with their lives, being hermits is a very sound idea.

    I would like to think so. But her reaction when told he was in New York was one of shock and horror. Would she have frozen if she had come face to face with him. Hopefully not, putting her Krav Maga to the test. It worked on Gideon.

    Yeah. See I thought that. Our good doctor had the wrong brother! He needs his eyes testing! Gideon said to Eva he was dangerous, but didn't really elaborate. I'm thinking Chris jnr is more twisted than we feared. But Gideon knows.

    Oh! You saw the cheque stub for the NC beach house too! My sentiments exactly. He will not manipulate photo shoots again like the gym shot, unless its in their interest too. I can see them "retiring" for want of a better word, from the public eye as much as possible. Having Angus watch over her is a good thing.

    What Sylvia posted on FB about the reviews was harmless, gave nothing away. But I think GR shouldn't have been allowed to post the reviews with spoilers till after Tuesday, I've waited this long, a few more days wont hurt. Be strong, be strong, be strong!

    I still think Chris Vidal jnr reckons he has a shot at Eva. She has given him some unintentional signals, like inviting him to lunch, not saying NO(your having a laugh mate!)when he asked her out for dinner, she just said her roommates sick and needs me. The weasel is hoping for another Gideon cast off, just to wind his big brother up. To me this just means the women are settling for second best!

    They were raised by the same man, but Gideon isnt blood related. They didn't even change his surname. Goes to show how much he was thought of, if they wouldn't make him part of the family unit. I'm surprised Elizabeth didn't challenge Christopher snr, about his name. That's why the poor chap felt he didn't belong. Abandoned by all adults and abused by one. Callous bunch.

    Well we were told we would find out, and as its getting near the end of the book, it had to come. But the picture does make for disturbing thoughts. I wonder if the abuser will be known to us or a new character?

    Your being very generous when you say wee. He sounds positively away with the fairies! The guys deluded in so many ways. Eva should approach with caution, as she has been warned by Gideon, and learnt first hand herself.
