The jury's out on this one, regarding her boyfriends. It's Megumi I find a little troubling. She seems to probe Eva for gossip all the time. Will/has Deanna got to her? I don't know. I hope she doesn't let Eva down.

This chapter is where it starts unravelling, spiralling out of control. Poor Eva can't understand Gideons total change of personality. He has become a Jekyll and Hyde character. When speaking on the phone he is curt and cuts the calls short. After seeing photos of him and Corinne, she sends him the link, letting him know she as seen them. Even after lunching with Brett, and Gideon hauling her out of the elevator, Gideons behaviour doesn't improve, in fact it gets worse. So much so, that Eva tells him, "you're making me hate you" When she rings him at his apartment, she gets a horrible feeling of betrayal, because its obvious someone else is with him. This poor girl is confused by his actions, because as usual he won't talk to her. Keeping her in the dark was such a monumentally wrong decision. One that Gideon will come to regret, in the future.

Fans on FB, are talking about a kidnapping? What an interesting thought, but a bit extreme!

I agree. We said yesterday, to cram into 2 weeks all the info and answers that we need, wouldn't do the books justice, we can be patient. As long as we have these pages to theorise, and our HEA, we can wait. Eva has already got Gideon to start opening up, as a very private man, whose been on his own all his life, this won't be easy. But he will get there, his journey will be painful, but he will have his Eva by his side. :)

Because I'm in the UK, it doesn't release here till the 6th. It's pre-ordered from amazon, so the mailman won't deliver till the 8th, so I'm downloading on my daughters kindle, on the 4th. Yay! I've taken a weeks vacation so I can read and re-read a few times, soak it in then on the 7th dissect with you lively ladies. Sylvia and her team, have done a fantastic job, whipping us up into a frenzy. Very good marketing! :)

Hi Sharon I'm glad you proved them wrong. It doesn't matter if you know someone 3 weeks or 3 years. As long as you love each other and grow together, and respect one another. I love the idea of a party with green beer. You and me had a great love. We are grateful for that. And like you, I bet you don't feel your age. I'm really 25. I wish. :)

I think this picture is quite hard to read into this morning. Rather baffling! I'm thinking it could be either Lucas, Deanna, or Chris Vidal jnr. Or even Brett. The first three will stop at nothing to exact revenge on Gideon, while Brett still wants Eva . Clutching at straws here! Again!

Well ladies, we care so much because we are women who appreciate romance, love, affection, having feelings for our fellow man(Gideon in this case) and want the HEA for them. Gives us a nice warm feeling. :)

Thank you. You will love New York. I went for my 50. I would move there tomorrow. So vibrant, fun, and sitting drinking coffee while people watching is amazing. Unlike Sylvia, I didn't see Gideon Cross, but then again I didn't know he was out there. I would have looked for him. ;)

I'm so hoping so. As long as the police investigation goes away for good, Gideons recovery will be slow and painful, but he will get there, with his angel.

Is it just possible she could stumble across info about Eva. This was one of Eva's worries and why she told Gideon. Stanton paid people off in return for silence. Could someone talk, especially as journalists won't name names.
