 I have an office job but I've never had this experience. I wonder what my grade level has to be?

It is killing me that everyone is after Trey & Liz. I'm having a hard time saving them both.

   I agree. Gideon is too cautious where psychiatrists are concerned. It would be too much to have a shrink fail him again.

 They can here too but each doctor would sign out the records. Anne & Dr. Petersen aren't in the same practice as far as we know. Anne's current practice isn't mentioned but Dr. Petersen seems to have a private practice. As mentioned before, if Dr. Petersen wanted a consult he wouldn't share any names with a consulting physician outside his practice just data.

 My guess is that Anne thinks the Deanna fling was more than it is because Deanna continues to pop up at these functions. Gideon said it was once and so did Deanna.

 Me too especially now that she was messing with Cary. Eva's two favorite men.

 Daan, I don't think Anne has access to Dr. Petersen's files.  It sounds like he has a private practice. Personally, I think she is a crazy lady trying to hurt Gideon through the people she thinks he loves. I think Deanna could be a stalker and just might follow Gideon to Dr. Petersen's office but I don't know what that would get her. Doctor notes are confidential and Dr. Petersen seems to be an ethical, respected doctor. I'm sure Stanton would have investigated before sending Monica.

GLH    Good theories.  I heard the theory about Michael being Chris Jr. but Eva would have recognized him when he stopped by work that day. I think Michael is just a psycho.  I agree if Gideon wants a quick wedding he has the money to get it together in a few days. Most designers have dresses in the works and Gideon or Stanton can talk a designer into pulling a team together and working around the clock. Gideon owns enough buildings that he can get a large ballroom without any red tape.

 I think Monica noticed but like you say, we will hear more in the next book. I think the scene at the charity benefit focused on Eva & Gideon sharing the news with the general public. There is no way that Eva wouldn't share the engagement with her mother.

 I don't know. Actors like to have different types of roles on their resume so it is possible that Gideon might appeal to him. If they start filming after book 5 it might be between other roles. If the series is an eight or 10 week series (for each book) they can manage the filming in between his other roles.

Like most of the women here I see Henry as Gideon. My fear is that the Superman movie was so successful that he won't have time or he won't want to play Gideon. If he doesn't get the role it will take a little to adjust to whoever gets the role but I hope he will be close enough to my vision of Gideon that I will still get into the show.  Sylvia said the people who purchased the books like the story the way it is and plan to stay true to the original story line.

 I don't think it was right after college but as I said in the previous post it was awhile ago.

  Personally I think it was six months to a year since the Gideon & Anne hookup. When Gideon and Eva were in NC Gideon said "I broke her." From that I thought it meant she had a nervous breakdown and has been out of sight for awhile. My guess is she is now recovered enough to begin making plans to strike back at Gideon and that is why she is concentrating on Corinne. She thinks Corinne is the woman Gideon loves and plan to marry. However, I think she also sees Gideon's attraction to Eva now and used her comments about Deanna to hurt Eva or at least discourage Eva from getting any closer to Gideon.  As far as Deanna, it is possible that she was working on another story or didn't have the opportunity to get back at Gideon. Gideon said himself that he didn't have a temper or a history of getting into fights. It wasn't until he hooked up with Eva that he dropped his ice man facade. Eva made Gideon jealous when she interacted with other men and that gave Deanna her opening. (Brett, Ian, Daniel, even Cary)  I agree with you about Dr. Terry Lucas. I don't think he ever told Anne about her brother. I think he loves Anne and thought he was protecting her and her family by keeping the secret.

 I wonder about this too. Gideon doesn't think using just his toys in his little play room at the hotel is sex. It is possible that he took Deanna to the hotel a couple times but only nailed her that one time. Gideon told Eva he avoids overly eager women a second time so if he is telling the truth it is only once but again it could mean only once that he used his d i ck.
