It doesn't matter who they would have picked, no one would have been happy. I like Ian Somerhalder but I'm pretty sure some woman in Rhode Island would have thought that was a horrible idea and preferred Matt Bomer or Chris Hemsworth. Maybe they can do something with this movie. Not every fan was excited about who was picked to be Bella and the vampire  but can you see them as anyone else now?! There's hope. (I feel bad talking about FSOG on Sylvia's site lol)  I find it quite funny that Twilight had a UKer as the male lead and now so does FSOG. I get it was fanfic but come on lady! Maybe the casting of the males was pure coincidence lol.Â

Oh I forgot about the cousin thing! When we met him in book 1(?) There was something about him I did not trust. I couldn't put my finger on it. I'd just think if her (step)cousin and Chris/possibly Michael are friends Eva would have had to of known somehow. And again who doesn't look up to see if their friend's hot new boyfriend has a single brother (crickets... just me?) with Gideon that would be much easier than everyday people. But didn't Megumi meet Michael well before Eva's cousin was brought into the picture with Lacey?

I can't see Day just making her sick just to do it. I think there might be something behind it! Then again she may have done that for readers to speculate for there to be nothing lol. Poor girl might just have the flu!

I thought she was calling in but I was not too sure. I put that on Goodreads yet no one has replied. I don't think that she is dead, she's a good person and good people never die in the fictional world. I'm pretty sure she's not just sick though, there is something up with her. Maybe not Chris being involved but something. Then again I guess it would have to be someone we are already introduced to. My thing is with Eva being with Gideon, wouldn't Megumi have to know or at least look up his brother before? I know I'm not the only one who Facebook stalks! lol.

I don't have too many theories because I just finished reading EWY after weeks, this was a very busy time and I really didn't have time for leisurely reading.  I don't think Carey will be a daddy. Tat will of course keep the baby for 9mts of drama of the book but the child will not be his. Him and Trey are meant to be. I think she's lying though. She was cool about Carey and Trey but I think she wants him to herself now. Maybe not Book 4 but by Book 5 for sure Eva's parents will be back together. Eva's current step-dad is connected to the Mafia and that's why Monica feels the need to stay with him. Corinne will be unhappy and not have a HEA, she's a "villain" in this novel and some readers don't like her so she'll "get what she deserves" I don't get what's up with Megumi, I don't think she's with Chris Jr. at least I hope she's not but book are soap operas we read so maybe but why would he be out to hurt Eva too? i guess to get to his brother.  I would actually like to see Book 4 being the end of present day. All questions are wrapped up and Book 5 is them 5 years later with a family. Maybe Eva working for Gideon after years of protest, his office is equipped with a nursery for their twins. Carey and Trey have adopted kids and Eva's parents are back together being obsessed grandparents. She could even leave 4 a little unanswered and we learn a little more through that book but by story telling. I hate when books only give the epilogue or last chapter devoted to the couple's future. I actually like to read about their family life and seeing how their family grows.

Oh I confused the two. Is there a list of important characters? I know there is on Kindle but I bought this one on paperback.

Who was the red head in the last chapter? Also do you REALLY think Corinne didn't know she was pregnant? She was FOUR months along. That's a while to not notice the signs. Finally, who is Magdalene? Gideon's ex fiancée right?

I saw the physical book was being sold together but not the e-book. Is the e-book sold together and I'm just missing it?

Just started reading yesterday and I'm on Chapter 8. I had a few questions. Â 1) How long were they broken up for? 2) If Gideon keeps getting nightmares why does he still take the pills? Or does he take them at all? Â I kept reading and figured this one out on my own. Â I'm sure I'll have more and I'll just come back to this post if so.

It is taking everything in me not to read this post! I have yet to read the book, can't wait to start up my theories again with you ladies!

I'm actually happy to hear this. I really enjoyed their story. I hope there are a few more than 4. I figured she'd write more though, because RIY ended so that EIY would have to quickly add stuff to sum everything up. I wonder what the name will be.

I want to read that book because I use to live in Dublin as a kid. Never read a synopsis though.  I cannot read/listen audiobooks because I can never digest it. I have to read it myself to understand and remember what I read.

When did Corrine come into his life? I can't see her being his first.

Poor Carey never gets any love on here. How do we know that Nathan was not connected to Carey? I always thought he was who was behind that so I have nothing on Carey's case.

We have a thread about Nathan I thought this guy "deserved" one too.  Let's say Chris did abuse Gideon, do you really think that he would keep his brother and his little sister in the same house with the guy who sexually assaulted him? If for nothing else Gideon would have done it since his mom chose not to do the same for him. Maybe he did which is why he's not that close to them? IDK.  And the theories start noooooooooooooow!

Hmm... I never thought of that. That could be another reason Gideon hates him, but how would G have found out? When you think about it, Chris Sr. is too much of an obvious suspect. But what about the "left alone with him more often" line? Who else could he be referring to? The abuser is most definitely still in his life.

I'm pretty sure so. If we read, reread, dissect every sentence and so on. Usually you can get the hint from the other books when everything comes together. I have tangible copies of the last two books but now I'm thinking about reading it on my Kindle so I don't have to wait for Amazon to send it to me or go to the bookstore!

Okay let me clarify here. lol. What I mean by that statement is I can see Elizabeth staying because she is a gold digger type. I never think it is acceptable for anyone to stay with anyone who hurt their children or family. That typed out really ignorant and stupid of me. The way I meant it and the way it came out was totally different. The reason she would stay is to not be on the quest for another rich husband. Does that make sense? It's not okay to ever stay with anyone for hurting you your child or family. I feel stupid.

ShazScott I've been thinking since the first book that it was Chris Sr (maybe even Chris Jr) which is why he does not like Ireland and Chris Jr, he's a part of them. But then with what he said to Eva in the car, I started to think maybe the therapist who came in to get his attitude under control. In the second book I started to think Elizabeth knew, I can easily see why she would stay for financial reason. Maybe she even though "who would love a woman with 3 kids". Â I can't see why Gideon would hate his step dad so much unless he did something to him or his mother. Wasn't Chris Sr. in his life since he was a small kid? The fact that he does not like to go home also points fingers at one of the adults who raised him.

I wonder if it's about the mom or her seeing Dr. Lucas! Maybe even some beef with Corinne.
