Anyone else a little suspicious of Jax flying to Atlanta? I re-read Afterburn last night, and I was thinking about how after spending the day w/ Gia, Jax made a phone call messed up the deal she was working on even more. Now she's in Atlanta for work, and he's there. Why couldn't he just wait till she got home? Worried about maybe her hooking up w/ Chad? She was close to it. Or looking into what was happening w/ her deal?. I just hope he doesn't mess w/ her work anymore. Can't wait till March 11th!

Hi Jennifer. Oh! I would totally buy the series all over again to read it from Gideon POV. Definitely!  I agree...he is more amazing when you hear his thoughts.. Makes me more upset w/ the way Eva's handling this whole Brett thing...

Maybe this is an advance Gideon gave Deanna for her help? Something to publish? So exciting! What a waiting game this is. I can honestly say I've never waited on a book like I have for these . I just hope Aftershock doesn't get pushed again :(

That was a great teaser! But.....where's the book? It was promised to be out before the end of the year    Hopefully it will be very soon, and maybe Aftershock/burn won't get moved again either.   Loved it from Gideon's POV. You see how much he really loves her. So, looks like he's not going to Cali w/ them? I'm surprised. I def would've thought he'd go. Meet Brett w/ her, spend time w/ Victor ( maybe tell victor and Cary that they're already married?). I love how he's always thinking of her as his wife and calls her Mrs. Cross to others. She hadn't really done that in EWY.  I guess he's going to confront Anne. Ughh..that should be fun.  So what do we want to see happen in CBY?  I'd like the video to go away permanently....nothing to happen between Eva and Brett ( she annoyed me a bit in EWY w/ him)..he agrees to step down and just be friends (not like they'd every hang out tho!!)  Eva and Gideon tell Victor, Cary AND Monica they're already married.  Nothing to talk about  Patiently waiting....Bummed about Aftershock still b/c that would've held me over I was a bit confused too....I wondered where she lived before she went to SD...and also she seems to know places in NYC pretty well... she's been to certain places before. I guess she visited since Monica lives there.  Yes! Happy Holidays to you all too  I really didn't like This Man, at all ...Could barely finish second book and didn't even want to start third  It got so many great reviews tho...so I must be a minority. Gabriel's still on my list to read. The series is complete?  Can't wait to see how Sylvia ends Crossfire. It'll be beautiful I'm sure w/ a nice HEA  So many things to tie up. Not sure where to post, so I'll put it here : Sylvia Day 5 hours ago LONG POST ALERT: Leading to ‪#‎AFTERSHOCK‬ information I’ve intended to post this explanation since I returned home from the hospital on Monday, but I haven’t been able to until now--I apologize for that. Catching up after a two-week hiatus from work is a daunting and exhausting task, plus being occasionally intoxicated by medication doesn’t help. Before you get too worried, I’m not terminally ill. I had surgery to address a quality of life issue (you know the kind… you don’t *have* to fix it, but your quality of life would be better if you do), but once the surgeon got to work, he found something more serious that I’d managed to ignore and *that* needed to be fixed so he did. This means that what was expected to be a routine recovery became an unexpectedly more painful and longer one. Now on to information about AFTERSHOCK… As you’ve likely become aware of by now, the release date for AFTERSHOCK (the ending of Jax and Gia’s story) was moved back. I learned about this via my Facebook wall when a librarian posted that she’d been at work and was told that the release date had been cancelled. That was the first I heard of it, so I sent an email to my agent. She emailed the publisher, who then confirmed that they’d moved the release date and told everyone except my team and me. Should that sort of thing happen? No, of course not, but it does, I’m sorry to say. I posted the news on the Sylvia Day Fan Community message boards (www.sylviaday.net) on November 1st. At the time, I didn’t know when the book was going to release, only that it wasn’t going to be released on November 12th. I went into surgery on November 4th. During the two weeks following, the publisher emailed my agent to say that they were moving the book to March 11th. Since I was offline and in the hospital recuperating at the time, I didn’t find out about this until later and I wasn’t in any condition to be drafting posts at the time. Since I’m one of those authors who doesn’t hire out their social media to assistants (aside from giveaways!), explaining everything to you all had to wait until I was in adequate condition to do so myself. So that’s what I know about the release of AFTERSHOCK at this time. If anything changes, I’ll be sure to let you know as quickly as I can, just as I always do. As I’m sure you all understand, there were extenuating circumstances in this instance that forced me to be delayed in updating you, but it’s certainly not the norm nor will it ever become the norm. In the interim, SPELLBOUND is due to be released in just a few days (and it’s NOT moving!) and I’ll be posting quotes from Max and Victoria’s story over the next week.   I like those fantasy's . Let them team up to protect Eva and make the video go away....for good. There's no way that Gideon's going to let Eva go by herself  That's true...a lot could have/did happen the night of the video launch. It still makes me a little angry that Eva went and was up on stage w/ the band etc. Then the dinner, and inviting Brett back to the apartment. Definitely mixed signals. She was saying one thing, but acting the opposite...IMO. And Deanna saw everything. I hope she really does become an ally to Eva and Gideon.  I don't think it would be appropriate. What happened between them happened 4 years ago. She's MARRIED, he wants her back. They just need to cut communications. I feel bad if Brett really is looking for something serious w/ Eva, but....too late buddy!  Uggghhhh....when is this book coming out?! Just saw on Amazon that Afterburn got pushed to MARCH! March! Seriously??

I agree w you two. I mean, I'd like to think he's not nothing to do w the guy trying to release it . But , he's gotta know of it , no? The music video was made w the tape in mind. I really hope it doesn't get released. How many times can Eva be abused? Who knows how many people saw it already , plus there's also the videos/ pics that Nathan had. It's too much.
