Yes as I posted earlier this book definitely has a different vibe; I loved EWY so much its hard to adjust to this new writing pattern but at least we had the excerpts to break us in LOL!!

Yes D500 your questions are my questions....it was so sad to read that he didnt like looking at his mother's face. And as for Ann Lucas' spiked hair...well he definitely strayed from his type there so he was definitely using her... Really I dont see how Gideon couldn't be a mess... Eva did rock his world as he even gets pi$$ed at himself for needing her so much and coupled with the fact that he finally seeking therapy to release all of his repressed anger and frustrations not to mention the stress involved with heading a worldwide conglomerate all the while obsessing over his new wife and her ex rock star boyfriend...I agree with Gideon when he says he cant believe that this idiot from Eva's past has an opportunity to derail him and everything he has built with Eva. We finally do get an answer to the baby question. Eva and Gideon do not want children at this time. Gideon wants all Eva's attention focused on him and no one else and Eva knows they both have alot of work to do before they can be parents. Its obviously going to be a great book and we only have a week left to wait. . :)

Yes I wonder if Sylvia will choose to "redeem" Corinne or maintain her role of "villianess???

On a positive note I loved Gideon's conversation with Ireland and I loved how she described Eva as a "keeper" to which Gideon whole heartedly agreed; Ireland did note her mother's reaction to the news which I thought was interesting and of course she is on team Gideva... . :)

Absolutely agree with this!!! They have been married a week and Gideon wants to "lock her up". I do agree with what Gideon said about Eva and her dependence on psychiatry...Gideva need to learn how to deal with each other on their own terms and I'm sure that will come with time but then again he really is clueless when it comes to dealing with women. LOL. :)

Yes the tone of this book is definitely different and I felt a little on edge reading the excerpts...we are seeing mega mogul Gideon in action and Eva having to adjust to her new role as mogul's wife...It will be interesting. I wonder if Jax from Afterburn/Aftershock will be at the guys night out ...I was thinking that Sylvia might cross him over too as she did Deanna...

Hi Betty Eva says that women think Gideon is the ultimate prize and they ; the women , will do crazy things to have him... This is certainly an extreme case of that . Corinne had to know she was pregnant and psychiatric drugs are powerful but she would have had to be awfully deranged to endanger the life of her child. I think she knew exactly what she was doing her only thought being to guilt Gideon into taking her back...so pitiful. . :(

Ok I'm gonna put this out there and since there are only 2 weeks left to wait I wont have long until I know whether I was right. . Obviously this could be the new redesign for the penthouse master suite or it could even be the plans for Eva's office on the 15th floor of the Crossfire, but I also think it could be plans for a redesign of the NC beach house. I think Gideon will buy this for Eva for a wedding present. When they were there; Eva said she had always planned to buy herself a home on the water and we all know that Gideon lives to make Eva's dreams come true...What do you all think ?

I would really like to see Eva set Corinne straight but Im not sure she will due to the recent suicide attempt bogus or not. I dont think Eva is the type of person to kick someone when they're already down...

Chapters 1 and 2 of EWY were released on Tuesday May 7th practically one month from the release date. This time around things have been a bit delayed with CBY so I dont think its unrealistic to think that maybe on Tuesday we may get at least Chapter 1 wouldnt that be great?

Ha yes Fayeth the one thing we love about Mommyca is that she is fiercely protective of Eva ...Elizabeth better watch out if she messes with Eva ; she will have to deal with Gideon and Monica!!

I think they must have certainly met socially at some point but never under such delicious circumstances as their babies getting married lol

I know this sounds silly but I would like to see Gideva go to that taco place or to that deli that Eva likes so much for a normal couples lunch; not like a billionaire power lunch...I think Eva wants to maintain her youth and normalcy and not jump into the role of mogul's wife.
