    I agree I would like to know also why Chris Sr did not adopt Gideon and change his name. I think it must have had to do with Lizzy because she seems to call all the shots...

    I have always wondered where Monica actually delivered Eva since she was disowned... Did she go to a home for unwed mothers or a convent ... I hope Sylvia addresses this . Perhaps she had a sympathetic relative that took her in you know like an aunt or uncle that lived back east and maybe that is how she ended up in the New York metro area...What do you all think?

    Yes I absolutely agree... I think JFG hovers near the top of the list of who will be introduced to Eva's Krav Maga skills.... He has always been overly familiar with Eva and he knows that Eva is Gideon's "weakness" for lack of a better term.

    My biggest fear of CBY is that Deanna will somehow find out and try to expose Eva's tragic past. When rereading BTY Gideon's ominous words about destroying anyone who would print such a story rings loud and clear. Hopefully these old wounds will not be opened for Eva . She has been through enough. . :(

    I still think Gideon will continue with Dr. Peterson. Dr. Travis expertise is with troubled teens and even though Gideon was an adolescent when his abuse took place he's an adult now and he needs to deal with his past in the present. Hopefully we will find out sooner rather than later!!!

    I agree about Victor and Detective Graves being a quirky possibility even though it would be odd from Gideva's perspective because she knows their secret...

    Betty I think that Monica and Elizabeth having custody of their children in the real world has more to do with their wealth and social standing. Especially in Monica's case because someone of lesser means would have had said child removed from the home. The super rich really do live differently than the rest of us ...

    Lizzy does not know how to act in this situation because Gideon has never divulged his past to any other woman he has been involved with-ah- that would mean Corinne. When Eva confronted her at dinner with her allegations in RIY she should have realized at that point how serious the relationship between GidEva was. Lizzy is in uncharted waters with her son right now and she better tread carefully...

    I also think Gideon has tried to rationalize his mothers disbelief with the comment he made to Eva that of course she believes him because she had to sleep in a bed with him. He definitely has conflicted feelings regarding his mother's betrayal...

    Even though it sounds like Book 4 will be painful I'm hoping they return to the NC beach house for some healing time like in RIY...
