    I'm sure he does feel guilty about using her. However i do think he was upfront with her about just being friends. When Eva confronts Corrine at the end of RIY she tells Corrine that she knows Gideon would have been upfront with her. I could be wrong but i think Eva is right. Of course he's not shutting down Corrine's hope that he will change his mind but he needs her for his alibi.Â

    i agree. I don't think Corrine is that messed up. I think she fell in love with a guy who's not in love with her and that's caused her to be devious and b*****y but not suicidal.Â
