  1. 12 more posts to go then we'll know!
  2. I am so excited for the first chapter i can barely sit still. LOL
  3. I really want to know what he said too!
  4. I think Corrine realized at that moment that Gideon was doing something he never did for her... fight for her. Here was a woman Gideon had only known a couple of weeks and he was out the door within minutes of her leaving. Corrine may not want to admit it but she had to know that Gideon was in love with Eva.
  5. Ugh, Nathan was such a vial person. Glad he met his maker!
  6. He wasn't thinking clearly. I keep going back to the fact that he is a "virgin" when it comes to having a relationship. And their relationship is more intense then most!
  7. No, i think Cary loves Eva like family. He has his own issues with sabotaging relationships.Â
  8. Not only was she fake but she intentionally said things that she knew was upsetting. She just happened to mention that she called him while he was at a function. That very same function in which he left Eva at. We know he told her on the phone that he was with someone. She's a smart girl she knew what she was doing, when she "accidentally" let that slip. Yes, i know that Gideon should have been honest with Eva about Corrine.
  9. I am having a hard time concentrating at work today. I can't even imagine how i will be tomorrow. We will sure have a lot of things to talk about then.
  10. She was absolutely manipulating Eva. It will be interesting to find out what actually happened that night. Maybe it ended up being self defense of Gideon's part( i know that is a far stretch) but you never know:)
  11. We know that Sylvia is going to give them their well deserved HEA. That is something we can all hold onto while we take this crazy ride through the next couple of books.
  12. I do think Corrine will be going bye bye in this book. I don't think they will be able to have a friendship after everything that has happened. She will always want more. There is too much dishonesty and pain between them. Like LN said she is not truly a real friend, she wants Gideon at any cost.
  13. I think that he will be able to work through his nightmares once he finally opens up about what happen to him as a child. I think Eva is going to be the best form of therapy for Gideon.
  14. I think you're right. Also we only have Graves version of what she thinks happened with the murder. The facts may turn out to be a little different. It should be interesting. The biggest thing is that as of right now there is no physical evidence. It is all circumstantial.Â
  15. I agree. I think deep down Magdalena cares for Gideon as a good friend and is not willing to lose him that way. She has finally realized there will not be anything romantic between them but she still wants to be a part of his life. And she may even be happy that he found his true love!
  16. I wonder if this book will include Gideon's POV at all. Like the one form the NYE snippet.
  17. I don't think Magdalena and Corrine were old friends. I think they know each other through Gideon but thats it.
  18. On one hand i understand how a trial and acquittal would be a good thing so that they would never have to deal with this again. But given that the book covers such a short amount of time, i feel that having a murder trial would take up way too much of the story and we would not get the opportunity to go through the other aspects of their pasts. Plus i really don't want the story to be dominated by this issue.Â
  19. Plus it would be a crappy ending for a love story:(
