    i agree. I don't think Corrine is that messed up. I think she fell in love with a guy who's not in love with her and that's caused her to be devious and b*****y but not suicidal.Â

    If Victor finds out will he really confront Eva about it. Imagine what that will do to her to know her dad knows. I think it would be stealing her innocence all over again. I think that Eva would rather not have her father look at her knowing that she was brutally raped.Â

    Corrine has some dignity, so i do think that once she actually allows herself to see the truth she will bow out. Sylvia originally said she was a good person, so maybe she will get back to that. Finally allow herself to move on for real and not be this nasty manipulative person that she's become.

    Â Â Thats a good theory and very possible. Or maybe Corrine has finally realized that she doesn't have a chance with Gideon and wants to give her marriage a real try. So she contacts her husband.

    I agree with you. I definitely like Maggie more then i did at the beginning of the book. I just hope she stays likable:)Â

    I think this book will show how much Eva and hopefully Gideon have grown. I know they have a ways to go but they are working on it!
