Not the Crossfire series. I think it was one of her paranormal series. I haven't read the books but the women who did want her to do another.

 Good point. The more I think about the more I'm sure Sylvia has a good story arc with these two. I really can't wait. I can live with him being a jerk and Eva knocking him down a peg or two or Brett being a decent guy and understanding that Eva is where she wants to be with Gideon and understanding that Brett can only be friends. Regardless I'm sure we will see Eva become stronger for Gideon.

 I'm thinking Gideon is going to have a lot of internal conflict. He is going to have an interesting and gut wrenching story to tell. I know I'm going to need a couple boxes of tissues if this turns out like I think it might.

 She didn't really say anything. The night before she was talking about one of her other series and mentioned she originally envisioned it being 12 books but she never got the contract to do the last 3. I suspect that her contract for Crossfire is 5 and that is all she can commit to at this time.

I played this before on TV show blog where I'm a member and we had a blast so I thought this would be fun to get through the wait for the new book.  The Rules:  ~Each Crossfire character chosen starts with 10 points. ~Once and only once a day, you can choose one character to save and one to kill. Both must be done on the same post. ~To save the character, add one point to their total. (Ex: Eva T.R. Cross 10 + 1 = 11) ~To kill the character, subtract one point.  She is playing with fire because Brett takes her back to the days when she was struggling with self-esteem issues. She is still working through her past. Sylvia never said anything about Eva cheating. She said Eva & Gideon are solid.Â

  I said to Sylvia that I would love to see the series go on for more books because these characters have a great story to tell.

 I know what you mean. Even when I listened to some of the questions I wondered to myself where did that come from?  I agree that it will be hard to top EWY but the next one sounds like it will be really good and intense.Â

 Oh yea that's a good one too. They both fit in with Monica's story being big.Â

 She said before the end of the year. I vote to move the end of the year to Sept.

 No that was one of my questions that I didn't get to ask. There were so many people asking questions and not all were about Crossfire...can you imagine?Â

 Well Eva has always had people who love her and she knows they love her, Victor, Cary and Monica. Eva never doubts any of their love even when they show it badly (Monica). Gideon hasn't felt love since he was five. He is learning how to love and be loved. I remember back to a conversation with Eva where he said he thought he was happy. He didn't even realize there was anything missing in his life. I'm sure that is because he consciously blocked out that need. He can't block it with Eva he has to embrace what they have and it is hard for him.

 I think it is setting Gideon free and he is getting stronger. I think Gideon is just having a hard time adjusting and learning how to act with the one you love. He definitely accepts Eva's love I go back to the conversation in the car after Eva stops by Lucas' office. "Because of you, the world makes sense to me in a way it didn't before. I have a place now, with you." Â

 I'm not sure if Brett is going to help her directly or indirectly. I'm anxious to see how this plays out. I'm still hoping that Eva uses her Krav Maga skills on Brett and that is how she puts him out of her system.Â

 I know I started reading again with my notes in hand. I'm adding comments in the nook to pull things together. I would love to ask Sylvia more questions.   I think these are questions we all want answered. I feel confident that Sylvia will hit most of them in the next two books. She must get these questions all the time. I hope she comes back to Florida after the next book
