How did deanna know that Gideon hit Ian ? And I would like to know what Gideon said to deanna b4 he left the dinner on the Thursday night and who. Was he talking to on the phone in Eva,s flat .and why did Anne tell Eva that Gideon fu..ks deanna a lot when we the reader knows it was only once and it was a mistake if anybody has answers to these questions please let me know thank you

Hi I have just re read reflected and on page 277 Eva asked her mother .did he arrange it? I asked softly her smile faded,who?richard?Arrange what?money oh... I waited NO she protested he wouldn't his mind doesn't work like that way ok I just at to know .if Nathan was paid off I would think he would of left New York to get way from people who was after him what does anyone else think
