I actually read mostly indie authors. Well they start off indie, many have been picked up recently though. So my kindle is always with me, and I enjoy the access it gives me.

Gabri having a world of books at your fingertips is the best! I love my kindle. When my husband bought it for my birthday one year I thought I'd miss holding a "real" book, but I don't. Now I just order hard copies of my favorite books, but have hundreds of books on my kindle.

 I LOVE Raine Miller sscrph, and Ethan... he's yummy. I can only hope Gideon will be there at 12:01. Â

LN I'm on the East Coast also and pre-ordered books normally arrive on my kindle between 12:30 and 12:45 am EST.

I have a funny story for you ladies. I pre-ordered a hard copy from my local bookstore. Well, I got a call Thursday that the book was in, and I could pick it up on Tuesday. I said Tuesday, like THIS TUESDAY MAY 28th and the sales rep said yes. I was shocked. They called back a little later and said oh we're really sorry, but you can't get the book until June 4th. It's in the back under a strict release day lock in and won't be shelved until the release day. I was actually okay with not having it yet because I read with a reading buddy a lot and she's in England so I probably would have waited for her to get it before reading it, but then I thought I wonder if I could get into that backroom.

Okay Andie what you do to post from one thread to another is hit the "MultiQuote" box and then will see a box towards the bottom right that will say 1 quoted post (or something along those lines) you can then scroll up to "The Sylvia Day Fan Community ---> Book Chat ---> The Crossfire Series " You'll click on The Crossfire Series link and it will bring you to the page with the Topics on it. You then hit the topic you want the reply to go into and then hit that button at the bottom that says Reply to 1 quoted post and it will come up in the box. I hope that makes sense.  Â

Welcome Kaz. I have thought that Megumi's boyfriend might be CV Jr. I go back and forth because her roommate was originally the one fixed up with him so it might be a little to coincidental. I am sure many of the other ladies have opinions on this one so thanks for getting the ball rolling on this one. Â

When I listened to that part on the audio I agree it was even more heartbreaking. I still question Gideon going for the dinner. I know Sylvia said that Eva would have never forgiven him, but he was really going to be asking her to forgive a whole h*ll of a lot more. Again I say Mr. Clueless.

That phone call to Gideon has me in tears every time I read it. I can't even imagine Gideon in that police station having to hear that, and keep himself together. I can't imagine after hearing Eva's voice and her thought to why he was moving on, he had to feel like absolute sh*t about everything. He had to know in that moment that he had "broken" her.

I do also like the Carte Blanche scene and the f*ck pad scene.

I agree GiGi. I have a few friends who have given up on the series because of the delays. Â Â I can't even imagine not reading the rest of the series because I was annoyed over the release date. Well, I am obviously a wee bit obsessed here. Â Having said that, I do know of several who don't want to pick up any other series that comes out by Penguin which I certainly understand, since they are the ones incurring my wrath with these delays.
