    Eva must have felt like she had whiplash. I certainly did. As we have discussed many times Gideon is clueless.

    I guess Gideon felt this was the only way to get her to this realization, but it was cold. I have read these books countless times and this is the one section I always skim over. It's just to much.

    I agree Julie. This scene made me so uncomfortable. I was screaming at Eva when she kissed Brett but this aftermath had me really wondering about Gideon. He was so detached, it was awful.

    So I got a little ahead of myself and read into Chapter 11... Eva sums up Gideon for me: Â "You're ridiculously dense for such a smart guy."

    Well, here's the comment from the chick that got her copy of EWY in Norway yesterday: Â T J: (I removed her name) Just finished reading EWY... and in my opinion the wait for book 4 is going to be more of a torture than the wait for EWY Â Â Ugh! Â

    Ba5tard is first. This series is also been optioned for a movie. Â Glad you love the Blackstone Series MrsC. Plus Raine Miller is a class act. Such a lovely person.
