See...I didn't know this....So Mark shouldn't have been at the meeting? We know Eva went just b/c Mark asked her to...but ..if she hadn't gone...Gideon would've attempted another way of meeting her? I'm confused about this. I was confused as to why Cary was saying that to her also. Â I also don't understand how Eva fell into Gideon's arms....lol...woulnd't there have been a (probably) long conference table and Gideon would've been sitting at the end...so...unless the end was by the door, how would he ahve had time to stand and get to the door when she entered? I don't know...I just don't get how she fell into him..Not that I didn't enjoy reading about it!

    Yes to all of these! I wonder which songs will be used when the series gets made in to a TV series! So excited for that!  Everytime I heard Maroon 5's Daylight or One More Night....I think of them too..

Oh wow! Look at what I missed being at Disney all week! Lol...So many new threads and Sylvia popping in ! It's going to take a while for me to catch up!  So happy to hear Victor will be back! He's going to be sooooo mad!!  I have never been so attached/invested/addicted to a book before, and I like to read. This is the first time i've ever joined a 'book group' or been obsessed w/ postings about a book. So much fun!These characters are so great. I really can't wait to read more about them and their journey.  Oh! I had a thought...I don't remember what chapter or even which book..but I thought it was funny that Mark told Eva that she was "Golden"...only to see later on that Brett wrote a song about her w/ the same name...lol..

Hi Gigi, I think he was in the bushes b/c he was with a 'familiar pop princess'. When Eva and Gideon were looking for him when they re-entered the party, she saw him come out of the maze-I think?- w/ the pop star on his arm. So maybe he was messing around w/ her in there, and saw them, couldn't move, heard what they were talking about and decided to record it. He prob just wanted to catch what they were saying, but got a lot more!

I don't know....I really think Gideon did it. All the snippets/synopsis lean that way. I also think that Nathan would have opened his door for Gideon. Graves said he was found just inside the door. If Gideon had 'agreed' to pay Nathan, then he would have been expecting him...so, why wouldn't he open his door to him? Even if he beat him up one time before, this time Nathan thought he was getting what he wanted, the money. Idk..just my thoughts.  Time to see today's snapshot!

I don't think this is about pregnancy...You're not supposed to be taking meds when you're pregnant. Plus Sylvia had said they weren't ready for babies yet.  Looks more like cold medicine, cough drops maybe. So, who could be sick? Eva or Cary maybe? We know Gideon's apartment is dark and warm, w/ Eva's being more modern. Maybe hangover...antacids? lol. I also don't think it's about Cary's drug use. I could be wrong tho. Only June 4th will tell us!  Fun fun game here!  I just saw on Twitter that she'll be releasing the first chapter May 7th!  Maybe some more snippets until then?

Ohhh! I hope it's HBO! Â I was looking around on Pintrest last night and a lot of people like Amber Heard for Eva, I have to agree. She is so beautiful. Also Henry Cavill as Gideon. He was good on The Tudors that was on Showtime i believe.

I hope that Brett doesn't annouce Eva in the crowd. No; 'This song is for Eva Tramelll, who's here today"..... i don't think she'd like that...lol. Maybe just a sentimental mention w/o saying her full name?  I think that Eva and Gideon do meet nup at Eva's still...remember that one snippet where they're dancing around her apartment after loading the dishwasher? But I do believe they go to hotels too.... 2 weeks is such a short span for this book! It's going to be intense...I wonder how the luggage tags will play in   Maybe this is Eva drinking by herself at home

 I'm still confused about this...They were walking back to the Crossfire building, only Monica saw Nathan standing there, until Clancy got out of his car (reallly tho, how can someone drive that slowly to follow in NYC? lol)...Then they got in the car and when Clancy pulled up to the building, Nathan was gone? Still doesn't make sense to me. Monica def called Gideon after that. Or maybe Clancy and Angus have each others numbers....lol  Speaking of numbers! What if in EWY...Gideon and Eva have disposable cell phones so they can chat w/o being tracked!? lol... Jeezz...what's the countdown??

I think I remember Sylvia saying somewhere that the UK/international covers were of Eva's things, and the US covers were of Gideons things. I like how the covers aren't embarassing though...lol..Even though i've been reading them on my iPad...

She had also mentioned turning the books into a movie. I hope it'll be for HBO or something like that.

I agree LN! Meeting in a hotel....we can't forget about the luggage tags! I just hope it isn't a crazy cliffhanger at the end. I know the other two books finished w/o crazy cliffhangers....but still. SD did mention that she hasn't started writing the 4th b/c she's been writing the Afterburn/shock books Do we believe this or is she just trying to keep us off her back? lol... I also agree that if that's the case, it may be released around Christmas time...after the other two books are released. I would perfer it's release in between the two though...lol..between Aug/Nov. We've already been watitng so long for this one! <<Sighhhh>>Â
