We sat in the car for a long time, crying. Getting it out. Was Gedeon watching the security feeds, sending me silent support? it gave me comfort to think he might be.

If I remember well, Gedeon says he moved in the Monday after Cary was attacked. That's why Eva barely spoke to him the whole day.

I almost forgot my favourite line in Chap. 10!! They're three, actually:  1) We''ll eventually be on the other side of all this.  2) Tell Mom I love her and I'll call when I can. Which won't be today.  3) I imagined a future where my mom wasn't a stalker, my dad was back on solid footing, Cary was happy, Corinne was in another country far away, and Gedeon and I weren't ruled by our pasts. And I was finally ready to fight for it.

Trouble is, they are making ME work hard, ;) These days, I'm making naughty comments on almost every good-looking man I run into!! It's fun and it makes me feel alive!!

Hello ladies This is the happiest bunny on earth speaking!!!  After a few sweet and playful moments between Eva and Gedeon, reading (seeing, almost) Victor's anguish and pain was hard on me. On top of everything, there's Eva's "friendly neighbour" to be concerned about too. I bet Victor would rather this neighbour were Spiderman!!

I think that Gedeon won't ever discuss openly the murder with Eva because in doing so he would make her an accomplice. Eva isn't going to tell anthing to Cary for the very same reason.
